I went today by the drive thru and ask for a chocolate milk shake, when I got to the window he brought a strawberry shake. I told him that I asked for a chocolate shake. Then he went back and when he returned he said that the manager had said that they had already made that one. So I left. This is unacceptable! I’ll never go back.

This place is horrible. I stop spending my money here years ago. However, I wanted a cappuccino it was close to my home. Again I was disappointed. My cup was dripping with coffee. I had to tell them Please wipe off my cup then again give me a new cup yuck. My cappuccino was nasty. I said can I just get a latte instead the lady said it’s a price change I said ok how much. Come to find out it was the samePrice she storms off talking her language. They come bring me the same cup with the sameDrink(after I asked for something else) the girl say just taste it. Lady it’s nasty! They are rude. It’s dirty in the store. Once they changed management it had never been the same

These are the best cookies ever!! Just the right consistency, crispness texture and freshness! You can't eat just one or two or three. You just might eat the entire bucket!! Perfect gift!

Today was my first time going to this location. I walked in and no one greeted me. There were three employees there and they didn't acknowledge I was there for about 5 minutes. Normally I wouldn't object to generous servings but they heaped so many toppings on my banana split that I had to scrape some off. The container was sticky and so was the bag. I used hand sanitizer to get rid of the stickiness. But I admit after removing the extra toppings, the banana split tasted delicious.Then while I was sitting there they locked the front door. I'm guessing they were overwhelmed with drive thru customers but they didn't put a sign up saying go to the drive thru. They just locked the door. So people were coming to the door confused.I would go back one more time to see if service improved. But I really think they need a little more training on customer service and how to prepare the items.

I came before close, regular close is 10:30 and corona virus close is 10pm (I guess the virus can tell time..) There sign still says OPEN but the manager (I guess, he was wearing a blue shirt) just waved me away and refused to serve me. Catonsville location is open until their regular time 11pm.
