GOD AWFUL!!!!! I ordered food for delivery and everytime I try to give them another chance it’s worse and worse. I ordered a bowl with extra steak, chips, and a drink. I received a bowl with no meat, no chips, and no drink. Everytime I do go in and order food everyone seems to hate being there or has an attitude.

Stay away. Some employees doing their best, not worth the wait - even for a pick up order. Blame corporate not the employees.

Someone is please tell management to hire employees who are team players and can work well together. We stood in line way too long because there was only one person taking orders while the others watched the line get longer. No apologues offered, just business as usual. Unacceptable and hopefully something will change soon.

If I would have look at the reviews first I would have not even had waste my time this place was just sad dirty didn't have everything sold me a cup and didn't even have drinks available how is that possible with a full staff all I can say is never again they should just shut this spot down??

Every time I pick up from here the employees purposefully ignore me. If y’all can’t train people to a basic level of customer service why not place the pick up orders in the pick up area? IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS HARD TO PICK UP.

Edit: 2024 I tried giving them several more chances with the last about a week ago. I ordered a quesadilla and got a bowl with just rice and steak only. They could have been grown adults and let me know there was no tortillas or whatever the case was. Why not refund the order or still accept them? Literal grown children working here. I could have ordered something else before going all the way home and unsealing the bag. This store is the 10% of stores the drag down the company name.

Food and service pretty good. The music is too loud and kinda tough hearing the person serving your food.

I should have paid attention to the guy who left in disgust before I ordered. He was right. This place is atrocious. Not only is the staff rude, they don’t even have all the food available. I will never go to this chipotle ever again. Other chipotle’s, yes. This one, not a chance. This is a 0.

Very slow and unprofessional the teenagers act as tho a customer is not even at the counter. No greeting, No smiles just mugs broken down and 1000 yard stares It was filthy food everwhere . Horseplay shouldn't be acceptable at work. I stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes until I was waited on. I will never come to this one again!!!

Queues is slow and sluggish and environment is not clean enough. Food and trash on the floor inside and outside the Chipotle Mexican

Someone from Chipotle Corporate needs to come in and sort this place out. I mean the place is a wreck. If you’re ordering online, good luck with the wait time. If you’re in person, good luck actually getting the protein, rice, and beans that you want.

I also work for a food franchise, and I’m in mid-level management. If I saw a store being run like this I’d put my own people there from Corporate. I’d source employees from nearby stores until local, competent ones are found.

What a mess. I’ll be going to the Ellicott City location from now on.
