Worst ran chipotle in the NATION. Terrible customer service, terrible attitudes, terrible portions.. I walk in happy and leave pissed because of the people in this specific store. I will never buy ANYTHING from this chipotle again, I door dash and encourage people to order from another chipotle because this one ALWAYS has problems. Sassy staff, small portions and only want their paycheck (its obvious in the way they operate).Literally the worst set of staff at a restaurant I've ever been to.... don't they... want business?

I think I’m done with Chipotle, all together! They’re trained to cut down on the spoonful of meat & basically everything else, but those prices have not come down! When you ask for a full spoon full, they charge you for double meat! When you say something, they give attitude & make inside jokes! The person- in front of me- purchased 2 veggie bowls. They barely put anything in it & charged $10 for each. She was angry, but didn’t want to make a scene! I’d rather give my money to an establishment that isn’t ghetto or trying to rip off their customers!! Good riddance, Chipotle!!!

DASHERS BEWARE: just take a hit to your Acceptance Rate and skip this store. wait times are unreasonable and staff give you an attitude just for being a dasher. sad excuse of a store and you can see by all the poor reviews that this is shared amongst the community.

Time on door doesn't match online closing time. I show up and they're closed, upset because it's right by my house now I gotta drive out of my way to PikesvilleEDIT 4.4.24. SLOW workers. Some move with urgency others don't and are fine with talking with their friends while they're at work. And i'm trying to get to work and get some food.

Honestly the food is great im not complaining but when i went to pay, this dude that was very tall and his coworker she looked young , not even looking at us and taking there time giving me our food , not even paying attention to there customers, i coulda took my bad and walked away, thats how distracted they were, how disrespectful and disappointing

The line was so long people began to leave. Two people working the front. The young lady was upset and it showed in how she negatively responded and prepared the food. I waited 30 minutes just to check out. I checked my clock it was unbelievable and much confusion as to who was supposed to do what. No white rice, no fajitas, no chips in the bag. This location needs help. 3/26/24

Chipotle, in general is not all that bad. However, the service of this chipotle on rolling Road along with some of the other ones I’ve been to is not good. If you call ahead for an order, they have a shelf to put it on but they don’t put it on the shelf which is fine. Maybe you don’t want somebody to tamper with the food or maybe people are taking the wrong food fine. But this causes a person to ask if an order is ready because we can visually see that there are orders just sitting there. What does the staff do? The staff gets pissed when you ask them isn’t online order ready. why not just bring the two pieces together to mitigate the problem and call the orders out periodically when you see new people walk in the door just so that they’re not standing there for no reason in the food doesn’t get extra cold. That’s just common sense one01. For some reason whatever you ask one of the employees is the food ready because they refuse to put it on the shelf or call out the orders occasionally when new people walk in the door which would just make sense they get pissed when you ask is the order ready . CEO corporate please hear me for some reason. This is the stupidest thing I’ve ever seen. I watched a whole line of people who walked in after me get served and get their food and the order that I called the head for was still not ready which really fundamentally makes no sense, but at the same time, there are other people who are waiting on their orders, they called the head for and they are orders that are ready but they’re literally just not calling them out. So the orders are getting older and colder and consequently less desirable. For a certainty. I’m just not going back. That’s it that’s all I don’t understand how that would be something that would require training. If you have the orders ready , feel free to call them out. Don’t just wait for somebody to ask and then get pissed because they asked which by the way is only after waiting patiently. It just goes to the incompetence of some people.

Thought I'd try THIS CATONSVILLE, SECURITY BLVD once again. Unfortunately it was the same. Food was cold, way too salty, and the rice was, under cooked and chip tasted like they were from 2 days ago. Associates are not the best, not friendly or even nice. I believe all of these issues go back to Management. I believe that if the Associates are properly trained in customer service and they are treated as they should be, with respect and acknowledged, things might be differently. This will also go to corporate. Just look at the reviews, they used to be pretty good, now it's going way down hill.?
