Ordered my favorite "Love it" and was a "gotta have it" when done. The service was excellent and showed great customer service. Explained everything she was doing and repeated everything to make sure both the orders where correct. Exceptional service! :) However, I was concerned she was working alone and the area is not well lit . I was not sure security was available for her. :( I could only pray she was safe and would be okay and use to the area she worked...
The review is based on the taste of the food. The best ice cream shop in town. After tasting their ice cream I am not going anywhere else. The rich creamy taste will follow you even after you are long done with your ice cream. I have been there many times last year and every time I walked out with delicious ice cream. I had absolutely no issues with the customer service and the team seems like doing their job pretty good. Must go place for ICE CREAM!!!
I now ONLY use this location for the two custom ice cream birthday Cakes we have made every year. I have had bad experiences with both the pikesville & canton/Baltimore locations In the past which led me to try this location (security mall) 3 years ago. And I have never had a single issue since:) they also have more cake making options than the other two mentioned stores. **the photo cake in particular is very impressive, I was amazed at how clear the picture was on a cake!**.
