This Dunkin donut is very dirty , about 3 different times they gave me coffee with a dirty lid . Today my coffee had coffee grinds at the bottom of my coffee I’ve never seen any place like this Dunkin’ Donuts before . I take a chance every single time and it’s always something wrong which was more than 5 times. shut this place down . Someone call the health department they need to be inspected

I’m seriously fed up. This is the third time I’ve ordered a large hot Americano and been handed a regular coffee—again charged full price like I wouldn’t notice. I drink this every day, I know what an Americano tastes like, and this is not it. When I bring it up, I get attitude and excuses instead of accountability. Where’s the consistency? Where’s the basic respect for your paying customers? Enough is enough.

NEVER AGAIN! POOR SERVICE! This place has gone down hill. I order a dozen donuts at drive thru. Asked if I give the order here or at window. She says come to window and hands me a pre made box! No I have a specific order of donuts and she don’t comprehend well. It’s Purple Friday for Ravens and None of them are wearing the theme and they Do Not have any Purple donuts!! That ruins our breakfast party! Her co-worker says I’m holding the line up. WELL DAMN!!! Her co-worker is at fault. Then gives me the box without a bag! They ALWAYS give you a dozen donuts in just a box and have ATTITUDE if you ask for a bag! IM DONE GOING THERE!

Do not eat from this place they are selling donuts and food that are contaminated, flies were flying all over everything and they were trying to sell the the food to me knowing bugs was all over everything this place needs to be shut down windows boarded up and doors. Don’t bother customizing anything you want here. Coffee or food, they will almost always get it wrong. Also fun fact if you order on the mobile app (which should be easier to NOT get my order wrong) you also have to jump through hoops just to be able to get a refund. They are nice here I’m not going to lie but as far as actually getting the order you placed, good luck.

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant but had no sausage in to then proceeded to say that’s how we ordered it even though we repeatedly told them it wasn’t processed to charge us for it and we had also ordered 5 chocolate munchkins just to only receive one which wasn’t even chocolate, don’t recommend this location at all staff is completely rude!
Even with only one other car in line, the drivethru regularly takes ages. Extremely slow location.
