My fiancé went to this location this morning to get me an iced caramel latte and sausage, egg and cheese croissant. The coffee tastes old and my croissant is hard. Almost to the point where the bottom is burnt.
After the order was placed on the counter in front of him, my fiancé realized, that he didn’t have the strawberry jam and ask for it. They proceeded charged him $.50 for one (1) single packet of jelly. This is something that they provide!!! So you mean to tell me someone who purchased food from THEIR location has to then purchase the condiment to put on top of the sandwich??? This was not a request for extra jelly but just one (1) packet of jelly for the sandwich.
No where in this establishment is there any posted signage or listing on the menu that mentions you will be charged for any condiments! Jelly, ketchup, salt, pepper etc……

Honestly the worst drive thru setup I've ever seen in a Dunkin and some days getting out of the car and waiting in store takes longer. My food is decent here but I've noticed it's more expensive than the other locations nearby so between the drive thru and prices I don't think I'll be visiting again.

My only issue was that they didn't look open, sign wasn't on, but decided to go in the drive thu and see since I saw workers in there, we're really nice, and fast with my order, but have to say my coffees didn't taste like it had any syrup or sugar in either of them, not a total loss as I had sugar with me, just kinda made the experience kinda bland. Not my usual dd, and honestly didn't even know where this was, I picked it from maps on my way to a new job that was on the route and wanted to explore the options for the new work area. Have been here now 3 times just to make sure it wasn't a off day, and sadly it wasn't, seems to be rather consistent for an early coffee experience, I have now reset my time frame in the morning to leave earlier so that I may drive the extra 10 mins to my original location. Also random, but the drive thu set up is weird, it's a long drive up, then a short and Narrow path to get to the window.

They randomly kicked me out as I was eating. I wasn’t causing a disturbance and said they were “closing” yet are still taking orders. Felt like discrimination. All I wanted to do was celebrate a potential job offer I got and wanted to eat at Dunkin’. If you really want to enjoy Dunkin’, go to the Dunkin’ location down the street, 1658 Whitehead Ct. Better customer service there.

Excellent place with a great staff. My mobile order is ready just as I step in. It is a nice quiet place to sit and enjoy a latte or cappuccino while getting some work done in the morning.

The staff are always pleasant but this location is so much more expensive than Dunkins in the surrounding area.
We're already struggling in this economy, people just want a treat. What's up with the greed Dunkin?

They had children and babies in the food and drink prep area. That’s disgusting. They didn’t wash hands between handling the kids and food. Just held them and played with them while handling food for guests. We waited and watched this from the drive thru window for 5 minutes. No one came to take payment or anything because they were busy playing with children that shouldn’t be in the food prep area. DISGUSTING. We left before we paid or got food. So unsanitary.
