They never disappoint here, I’ve been frequenting this location for the past several years and each time I come for my favorite bowl, it has always been prepared perfectly. This time I got the Açaí Peanut Butter & Nutella, YUM-MYYY 😋

I have always gone through the drive through and have never physically been inside so cannot comment on the interior but the servers at the window are always polite.

Dont sell menu item because it includes pork. This is a religious and cultural choice but it sucks because I love their sandwiches and it is a staple menu item :((((( Customer service is good and the woman explained they dont sell it because it is pork. Disappointing honestly because jamba juice isnt a halal restaurant and by not serving that menu item they are limiting options for the consumer.

Drive thru is intended for quick service. When you have the same person taking orders and making orders. Food service is slowed down. I sat at the drive through wondering if the intercom even worked but after 2 minutes someone eventually took my order. Then I sat in the narrow drive through in which I scraped my rims to finally get to the window and understood why production is slow. You have one person doing st least a 3 person job. My gummy smoothie good but expensive.
