Today I placed a mobile order through the Macdonalds app for Belmont Avenue. When I arrived, my order was confirmed on my phone, but not in the system at the store. The manager was made aware that the order was stuck in their system and she immediately checked my phone, corrected the problem and started preparing my order all while two or three employees were in need of her attention. And the entire time she did it with a pleasant attitude. They don’t make managers like her anymore. She’s really efficient, friendly and professional.

They canceled my breakfast mobile order at 10:30am on the dot when I was at the location at 10:20 waiting to be helped. And once I finally got the worker to help me they said they canceled the order because “I wasn’t there before 10:30am” what kind of bs is that. And very rude manager.

This the worst McDonald's yet. Workers standing around or over at the drive thru. We just standing and waiting. Finally someone had to be told to wait on us. Thankfully my food was fresh and hot. So no condiments where I could get them except for the lid and straw. So if you know you have these things behind the counter, make sure you put them in the bag or ask if we want salt and pepper. I will not stop here again.
