Its ALWAYS a wait. They throw nasty sticky stuck together ketchuppy packs on top of your maybe hot and crispy tonite fries? abd your barely cooked nuggets with a seltzer azzz Sprite. The cherry on top though is while placing your order, after each item you order they ask "Is that it?" ?WHO IS THE MANAGER? Someone isnt training properly

There are always a couple employees who seem like this is the first day on the job and they can't figure out how to communicate with customers through their headset mic and are unaware that they are talking amongst themselves. Also sometimes they didn't even acknowledge the order and you're left sitting there for several minutes.
