Little too cold for my taste. Everything had changed in the interior. Nice, but too chilly to stay. Wanted to do some computer work but left because of the cold temperatures. Surprised that a small fry costs almost $4.00 ( $3.60). Used to cost $1.00 in the value menu.

It's the worst McDonald's in the area, I haven't been just once, I've been more than 10 times, and out of 10, 7 were bad, either they brought the wrong order or it wasn't hot or something keeps happening to them, I can't understand them at all

I went there June 29. 2025 around 11:20 pm-11:50pm the girl at the drive thru refused to take my order. And, she told me to calm down, because I was trying to help here to understand my code, and told here the code 55-66 three time, she keep asking me what the code. Then, she just stay silence. refusing to talk to me at the drive thru monitor. So I left. What made me mad is that I was working all day for 16 hours and my kids were waiting for me all day so when I get off to bring them some food, so they can eat. And this girl refused to sell me the food, even though I worked for 16 hours to get the money and come buy the food with the money I work for. That's so sad in this country. So when they lose their job, they will blame the world but themself. I know, she does care, she will get her pay check no matter what even if McDonald goes bankrupt. If they get fire then they will scream on the all the roof (RACISM)

Went through the drive through for a coffee. I was told to pull up to wait for it, as I was watching it fill up in the cup right there. I pulled up though and waited 5 minutes. I had to go in to ask for it, and no one had any idea what happened to it or who had taken my order. I waited again for them to make a new one, only for it to be the wrong size and it was 95% milk. So disappointed.

Dining area was awful which gives a thought, if the eating area is nasty ... How does their food stations look in back, overall making the food barely enjoyable... The round seat in the dinning room seats were cut up, tables were not wiped off, not one. They had a bunch of workers on duty this day so I don't understand why no one was available to clean tables. Or clean in general* I hope this was a fluke and will potentially return someday

This has to be the worst location I've been to in the Maryland area. I'm not sure if management is blind or just plain doesn't care about the environment at this location. This place is typically hoarded by local teenagers. During the day and night, you can barely walk in the door. There's kids everywhere. It's not the fact that there's kids. It's typically unruly kids. Smoking, vaping in the dining room or doorway. One time, I had to ask the kids to leave because they were Smoking Marijuana in the doorway. Management did nothing at all. The entire place smelled of it. Not a way to enjoy your meal. This place has been this way for as long as I can remember. There's an extreme lack of control. Most locations do not tolerate this type of environment. It drives customers away. There's literally another McDonald's less than a Mile away that is the complete opposite.
Several times this week, I have stopped at this location before their close time of 10 pm, which is posted on the door. They close the doors early and will not let you in. This evening, I was told by a 19-year-old kid that he says he's the manager. That he was told to close the doors early. I asked if the store hours are 10pm, then why were the doors closed almost 20 minutes prior to that. They do the frequently. I guess this is just their unwritten policy.
My suggestion is to go to the other location. Much nicer and clean. The environment is not populated with a bunch of rowdy kids. It's a disaster waiting to happen.
