Do not attempt to get breakfast at this McDonald’s. They stop serving before breakfast hours end but still take orders through the app. No not only am I still hungry I have to wait 7-10 days for a refund. They should lose their franchise.

what's going on with McDonald's management?

Today I went to buy a meal because I need to go to work and at the entrance a guy told me that they couldn't let me in just because I'm a student and close the door, I understand that most students just want to spend all day there, but is it necessary with all the students?

Little too cold for my taste. Everything had changed in the interior. Nice, but too chilly to stay. Wanted to do some computer work but left because of the cold temperatures.
Surprised that a small fry costs almost $4.00 ( $3.60). Used to cost $1.00 in the value menu.

It's the worst McDonald's in the area, I haven't been just once, I've been more than 10 times, and out of 10, 7 were bad, either they brought the wrong order or it wasn't hot or something keeps happening to them, I can't understand them at all

I went there June 29. 2025 around 11:20 pm-11:50pm the girl at the drive thru refused to take my order. And, she told me to calm down, because I was trying to help here to understand my code, and told here the code 55-66 three time, she keep asking me what the code. Then, she just stay silence. refusing to talk to me at the drive thru monitor. So I left. What made me mad is that I was working all day for 16 hours and my kids were waiting for me all day so when I get off to bring them some food, so they can eat. And this girl refused to sell me the food, even though I worked for 16 hours to get the money and come buy the food with the money I work for. That's so sad in this country. So when they lose their job, they will blame the world but themself. I know, she does care, she will get her pay check no matter what even if McDonald goes bankrupt. If they get fire then they will scream on the all the roof (RACISM)

Went through the drive through for a coffee. I was told to pull up to wait for it, as I was watching it fill up in the cup right there. I pulled up though and waited 5 minutes. I had to go in to ask for it, and no one had any idea what happened to it or who had taken my order. I waited again for them to make a new one, only for it to be the wrong size and it was 95% milk. So disappointed.
