Uber delivery was good just the restaurant useless don’t waste your money find better tasty pizza Waste of money had to put whole pizza in the dumpster. My fiancé ordered some lunch for me since I work from home today. We live in a three level townhome, and unfortunately our ring doorbell at times does not work. Fast forward, the driver comes and hits the bell and stated he knocked but I never heard it. 3 minutes go by after he left and my fiancé calls to say the guy is outside and said he rang the bell. I rush to answer the door, and this older gentleman with slick back hair proceeded to roll down his passenger window and yell at me through the car. He then gets out, after I apologized and explained I couldn’t hear the door, and tells me it don’t matter and that he called, rang the bell and knocked and now I'm holding him up as he has other deliveries! I said once again, I didn’t hear the bell and you were ONLY turned around for 3 minutes! I said several times sir it’s not that serious and I’m not arguing with a grown man, to which he replies lady please. As he hands me the pizza I said sir try and have a better day, he replies oh I’m having a great day to which I said it again and he proceeded to say yeah whatever don’t even go there with me! I slammed my door as he continued talking on my ring doorbell for another 2 minutes standing outside his car! So your other orders were sooooo important, yet you can stand outside my house berating me for additional time?! Ladies please be careful with these delivery drivers, he acted as if he wanted to fight me, to which my 21 year old son would have came down and showed him who he can really argue with! I spoke with the manager, who rushed me through my conversation and said he’s on the way back, I’ll speak with him. I accidentally called the Ellicott City location and the GM there was understanding and sympathetic! She gave me the correct number and I get the GM who clearly didn’t give a damn! Sending the video to corporate

I ordered a 2 topping pizza and the large stuffed crust had probably two handfuls of toppings in total. It's wild to pay $24 for a stuffed crust pizza that has this amount of toppings on it. The crust was flavorless and the garlic cup I payed extra for had a bonus free hair on the cup and sealed into the pizza box. No idea if the ingredients are better or not because there was hardly any there.

I asked for my pizza to be well done it was well burnt and cold. When I called Papa Johns and told them about the pizza they said that they would deliver another pizza that wasn't burnt but it was going to be well done. The pizza was well burnt again I don't understand why they would make and deliver food like that. I am going to call corporate and I will not do business with Papa Johns every again especially the one in Woodlawn Baltimore Maryland
I just visited the store in Woodlawn. The young lady took my order and she washed her hands. However, she had this nasty bandaid on her right pointer finger... totally grossed me out so I asked for my money back. Her shirt was dirty. I just was not pleased 😕 No gloves are worn in Papa Johns stores so it is what it is.

Beware read reviews first before chosing this location!!! I am very disappointed in this Papa John's, the service was mediocre. Quality of food even less Desirable.. when I placed my order over the counter with the owner, He sound as if he understood everything that I wanted Was a very simple, small pizza, w/ extra cheese. I also looked at my receipt. All I ordered was a small pizza with extra cheese. It came up to almost $20 when I got the pizza. There was barely any cheese on it. I saw so much tomato sauce, no extra cheese at all and by then the owner was gone for the day ...I did not want to express my dissatisfaction to anyone else It seems as if it was all young people working there.I didn't see any management There at the time to have them to redo the pizza...also, it would be a longer time to have to wait, I was already sitting out in my vehicle in the hot Sun, waiting for them to make that pizza For about a 1/2 an hour., did not want to wait any longer...I think this location is overpriced And the quality of food is not good at all. The crust was so much before you got to the sauce and as I said, they had so much tomato sauce on this pizza that I didn't see hardly any cheese Basically, I had more crust sauce and cheese and It's obvious that they don't have anyone on staff to do quality check on the customer's orders. Which is surprising because there were so many people in that area where they were supposed to be making the pizzas ...that it seems as if they were just hanging out with one another. This location cost more than the other papa johns for a small extra cheese pizza w/No meat, just cheese... I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone ever!
