The worst type of service from the manager. Rude, unprofessional, doesn't care about clients or giving good customer service. Hangs up the phone on clients, etc. Delivery driver complained about making delivery based on stairs. If you don't want to deal with home stairs then don't work as a delivery person.

I ordered a 2 topping pizza and the large stuffed crust had probably two handfuls of toppings in total. It's wild to pay $24 for a stuffed crust pizza that has this amount of toppings on it. The crust was flavorless and the garlic cup I payed extra for had a bonus free hair on the cup and sealed into the pizza box. No idea if the ingredients are better or not because there was hardly any there.

I asked for my pizza to be well done it was well burnt and cold. When I called Papa Johns and told them about the pizza they said that they would deliver another pizza that wasn't burnt but it was going to be well done. The pizza was well burnt again I don't understand why they would make and deliver food like that. I am going to call corporate and I will not do business with Papa Johns every again especially the one in Woodlawn Baltimore Maryland

My fiancĆ© ordered some lunch for me since I work from home today. We live in a three level townhome, and unfortunately our ring doorbell at times does not work. Fast forward, the driver comes and hits the bell and stated he knocked but I never heard it. 3 minutes go by after he left and my fiancĆ© calls to say the guy is outside and said he rang the bell. I rush to answer the door, and this older gentleman with slick back hair proceeded to roll down his passenger window and yell at me through the car. He then gets out, after I apologized and explained I couldnāt hear the door, and tells me it donāt matter and that he called, rang the bell and knocked and now I'm holding him up as he has other deliveries! I said once again, I didnāt hear the bell and you were ONLY turned around for 3 minutes! I said several times sir itās not that serious and Iām not arguing with a grown man, to which he replies lady please. As he hands me the pizza I said sir try and have a better day, he replies oh Iām having a great day to which I said it again and he proceeded to say yeah whatever donāt even go there with me! I slammed my door as he continued talking on my ring doorbell for another 2 minutes standing outside his car! So your other orders were sooooo important, yet you can stand outside my house berating me for additional time?! Ladies please be careful with these delivery drivers, he acted as if he wanted to fight me, to which my 21 year old son would have came down and showed him who he can really argue with! I spoke with the manager, who rushed me through my conversation and said heās on the way back, Iāll speak with him. I accidentally called the Ellicott City location and the GM there was understanding and sympathetic! She gave me the correct number and I get the GM who clearly didnāt give a damn! Sending the video to corporate
