How do you send someone a Pizza with no CHEESE and don’t wanna replace

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered 4 items from this papa John’s and was delivered only 1 item. When I called to ask for the rest, I was given horrible customer service saying they wouldn’t remake my order that I paid for already. Even when I offered to pick it up, they were saying they wouldn’t make my full order because they are busy. Busy doing what?? Because clearly It wasn’t making pizza because they Couldn’t even fullfill the order properly. They gave a refund in the end but what I wanted was the food I paid for. Hopefully they fire the driver for lying and stealing my food but I doubt it considering how rude the staff was. Good luck if you order from here.

This is hands down the Best Papa John's I've been to. Extra cheese looks like extra cheese. I'll be back to the Woodlawn Papa John's for all my pizza quests. I pass 2 other locations just to come here. Speak volumes.

I placed an order during this Papa Johns businesses operating hours for which my credit card was charged only to be called and told my order would be canceled because the store didn't have any available drivers. It's clear they anticipated no more orders and didn't want to provide me service. The person identified himself as Muhammad and when asked he stated he was the manager . Simply poor service!

Just spent $50 on pizzas that had no garlic sauce this place doesn’t care when I called to rectify the issue I was just put on hold and forgotten . Never doing this again . They don’t care and I won’t be spending my money there ever again

I paid $50 for my food and they didn't even have the decency to include the garlic sauce plus the extra two I paid for . I had to call them and I was basically accused of lying and no solution . F*** this place and I'm definitely contacting corporate ...$50 for no sauce like you're wild
