If there was a 0 star button, I would give it 0 stars. I am only giving this place a 1 star. On Wednesday, September 13th, 2023 my family and I decided to order from here. We got a menu for it in the mail, so we decided to try it. We got 2 medium extra cheese pizzas, onion rings, gravy fries, regular fries, and teriyaki wings. We ordered around 5:45 p.m. and around 6:30 p.m., we were wondering where our food was. The computer said that the delivery would be between 6:15 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. So, we were wondering and I went on the computer to see if we could track our order. I downloaded the the Slice app and it said that our food was delivered at 6:25 p.m. I didn't look at the app until 6:40 p.m. So, I go out to the porch and guess what I saw? Our food was there! The delivery person did not knock on the door, did not ring the doorbell, and did not acknowledge that they were here. So our food got ice cold. One of the pizzas was not cooked all the way through. The other pizza was burnt and dark. For an extra cheese pizza, there was not enough cheese. The onion rings were dry and cold. For the gravy fries, the gravy was baked into the fries. There was not enough gravy. The whole thing tasted like mush. The regular fries were good. The only saving grace of the whole order was the teriyaki wings. My Father and my Grandmother said that they were really good and very tasty! All in all, when I found out that the food had been sitting outside for 15 minutes, I was done. I cannot believe that the delivery person did not even knock on the door. I think that is ridiculous and our food suffered because of that. Now, the food might have already been messed up, but being out in the cold made it even worse. So I think it was the people that cooked it and it was definitely the delivery person. I will not be trying this place again because of all the mistakes that happened.

Ordered on 08/17/2023 my food came upside down thrown in the bag leaking everywhere very unprofessional!!! My fries was cold not fresh ! & my wings just didn’t taste fresh I can’t describe it but u know when somethings not right !! Only ordered because they promoted new management lost my appetite slowly after the 2 wing and threw my order away !!

The chicken pizza was delicious. I use to come here a lot but under the previous management the food quality took a nose dive. I decided to try the food under new management and I can attest to the taste and freshness.

I ordered food to treat my associates, at last moment called Mr. Khalil the owner was so kind that he had our order ready in 20 minutes. The food was finger licking good, best thing is all their products are halal. All of my associates asked where we had ordered the food from? Happy associates happy business. Thank you Mr. Khalil for your generous service. Will definitely keep you guys on speed dial.

Tried to do delivery through grubhub called to confirm my order... stayed on the phone for more than 6 minutes getting passed from person to person just to have my order confirmed everyone asking same questions (address names order number) and in the end just to say they never got my order. I didn't even want anything at that point. They weren't nice or accommodating. It said new management & that's the only reason I have it a try. There were also 8 pre auths on my card.I locked my card afterwards

I have an advertisement, with all of the specials on the back. I called to place an order for delivery. I asked for the #14 special which is 1 16" X-L pizza and 2 8 inch subs. They guy took my whole order...what I wanted on the pizza, and the type of subs I wanted. He then asked to place me on hold. I'm thinking to give me a total so I could pay, but instead he comes back on the phone to tell me they no longer have the #14 special and if I wanted Pizza and wings. I didn't even ask for wings, so why would I want them now?! I just ended up hanging up. New Management where???

Exceptional customer service and beautifully crafted well made tasty pizzas. New management is absolutely making a difference from the previous management. I absolutely recommend this place. If anyone was disappointed in the past, you need to give the current team another chance.
Best Place if you are looking for Pakistani taste. Love their Fajita Pizza. Amazing customer service by the girl at front desk. We need more places like this❤️

I ordered a cheesesteak with mayo and provolone. It came with mushrooms green peppers and onions. If I wanted a salad I would have ordered one. I definitely don't want it on my sub. I called and they argued with me and said I order there all the time and know what comes on it. This is literally the first time. They kept transferring me to different people. Never was resolved and definitely dont recommend

I ordered from this place 3 times now and they have messed up my order every single time. Giving me Mayo on a sandwich I specifically say no Mayo because I’m severely allergic to giving me nasty cold gravy that I paid extra for… definitely learned my lesson after tonight to never order from there again.
