We stopped in here twice over the Columbus Weekend as we were camping at a campground nearby. Boy! Was this a great spot! If you haven't already, I highly recommend you try the Crispy Brussell Sprouts! They are truly amazing with their smoky flavor mixed with sweet and savory sauce! 10 out of 10! In fact, all the food we tried here was very good, not one bad thing! Their menu has a great mix all around of different types of food - not just your average pub menu. The wings were huge, with a long list of flavors to try, including PBJ & Salted Caramel! Some real adventurous options, along with your everyday flavors too. The service was great, and the beers are really good! They had a pretty good variety of beer options, including some drink specials like their pumpkin beer and a raspberry beer. We can't wait to be back in the area so we can stop by again!

We have gone to Willy’s many times in a few months… most times are good but the last couple times have really been rough. Waiting over an hour for simple food, no apps. Having to ask for drinks and menus. The food is normally great, but better to just wait in the comfort of your own home and order in than sit in the restaurant and wait for them.

I have tried and tried to give this place a chance when it comes to indoor service, but tonight was over the top horrendous! We waited over an hour, not just for our food but for our appetizer. This has happened to us in the past. Including a time when our takeout food was taken by another patron and brought back and nuked and sent home with us! But I digress. Tonight was another level of entitled mismanagement. The food came out cold and we were told a manager would come over and speak to us when we showed our displeasure. The manager pulled a Karen and not only did not make things right (maybe comp the app or gift certificate), but instead made it all about them. Even following us out to the parking lot to continue on their personal quest. Get your management and establishment together Willy’s! Do better! We are locals and love your food! Take out for us until things change. And please do us a favor, and change!!

Shrinking portions and an upcharge of $5 for a second plate?? Often like to split, but portions are too small. 😞

Ordered the wing sampler. We got charged .75 (2) each for the small Ranch dressing. I know that doesn't sound like much, but I order wings almost everyplace we eat. First time ever being charged for the Ranch dressing. Do they charge for salad dressing if you order a salad. The wings were good like they always are here. But it's the principal. Probably won't be going back.
