Ordered January 28 for delivery on Friday, February 6 for a Super Bowl party. Received confirmation, my credit card was charged, my order number when checked online appears to be accurate and showing a February 6 delivery. Friday, February 6 came and went with no lobsters and no tracking number. I called the company numerous times throughout the weekend but obviously they only work Monday through Friday 8 to 5 and my first phone call was at 5:08 PM on Friday when I realized the lobsters had not yet arrived. I tried messaging them on Instagram only to get an automatic reply directing me to the phone number that I had called multiple times. I used the email address on the website to email them twice and even found a specific person‘s email and emailed her. All of my attempts to communicate went unanswered. Saturday, February 7 came and went with no lobsters. Sunday, February 8, Super Bowl day came and went with no lobsters. This was a huge disappointment as my entire Super Bowl party had been based around doing New England lobsters. $600 worth of lobster’s purchased and never received. I guess I’ll be on the phone with him again Monday looking for a resolution. They should have known every order that went out the door on Friday before they left for the day. And actually mine should have gone out Thursday since they were scheduled to be overnighted and delivered on Friday. So for them to just leave for the weekend not knowing whether peoples’, Friday and Saturday orders were on track, and with no live chat, set up on their website or no way to deal with issues after hours is just completely irresponsible and a horrible business model.

My husband ordered me a 4 pound lobstah for my birthday from Lobsters Online. I was so surprised when I opened the box, and there was a live n kickin huge lobstah! He was packed professionaly and made it to Tennessee perfectly!! As a former Cape Codder, I was impressed & delighted!! He tasted so good & a hard shell also! Thank you Lobsters Online for getting my birthday gift to me alive & well!! 5 stars plus!!🦞💝
Ordered 8 x 3lbs lobsters for a celebration. The lobster showed up warm and dead. Packaging was horrible. Had 2 freezer packs that had melted and destroyed the box. Called Customer service and got the oh well that happens. I would not recommend them to anybody.
They were so fresh and tastier, we loved them.
