Diadema is everything a golf course should strive to be. Favorite 9 hole course out there, ownership and staff are the best. Never have anything but an amazing experience when I’m there.
Diadema is aptly named--a small gem that makes you feel both surprised and grateful to have found it. The course in its entirety speaks of special care taken. The non-pretentious, natural wood clubhouse, the unexpected practice range, the friendly staff behind the counter and those tending to the course--all give polish to the gem. The course itself lies at the heart of the gem--cozily settled among the Maine woods, smartly designed to be challenging, yet in no way intimidating...
Bustling on a Friday. Course was in great shape, bunkers were some of the best I’ve seen on a public course. We called ahead and squeezed in 9 holes while on a trip.Pace of play was good. 1 1/2 hours for 9, we didn’t wait once off the tee. We walked, it’s fairly flat and only a couple of longer walks.Some nice looking holes, it’s not overly long off the whites. A couple of dog legs were tricky, greens were in good nick, not overly fast but fairly firm.There’s a grass...
