We were driving through the area and needed a bite to eat. A food truck with 100+ five star reviews definitely needed to be checked out. The roast beef was amazing! Most tender I’ve ever had. We will have to go back and try some more options. Even better than the food was the service. The woman running the truck was super nice and explained everything to us since it was our first time. She even cut the sandwich in half for us with out being asked. This was also close to closing so it was even more impressive.

We saw such great reviews we had to try it for ourselves!We ordered 2 roast beefs, a steak and cheese sub with P & O , 2 buffalo wraps, a grilled cheese and a Hot Dog. She makes everything fresh from scratch!Everything was DELICIOUS!!! Not to mention, the owner was so sweet, what a hidden gem!! We will for sure be back! Thank you for the delicious food and great hospitality. ( I say this bc we got a flat tire and she even came over to check on us and offer her restroom!) Thanks again! ;)

LOVE this place! If you need gluten free options she has plenty for you! I love the roast beef 4 way! It’s messy and amazing! The burgers are great too. Homemade chips and dip! Mmmmmm! Very pleased and the prices are great.

This place had really great food. My dad got the four way sandwich and I got a loaded steak and cheese, and we both loved it. The people running the truck are really friendly and the service was quick. I love the American themed truck. One thing I would suggest is to maybe put a ketchup dispenser out with salt for the fries because the little packets don’t have a lot of ketchup. I would definitely recommend trying this place if you want to grab lunch and I will most definitely be going back.

I had heard the Independence Food Truck's roast beef sandwich was amazing, and boy did I hear right! My husband and I got the three way with a side of onion rings and it did not disappoint! And not only was the food excellent, but the service was as well. In a time where I feel there is a huge disconnect with customer service, these ladies have restored my faith! I will be back for more!

My friend had been talking about this place and how good they are for a while, but this morning I woke to a voicemail telling me how amazing their new Chicken Tenders were. I decided to order some Tenders and fries and it was a fantastic decision! The tenders were crispy and very delicious, tender and juicy white meat! I’ll admit I was nervous ordering four tenders for $9 but they were definitely big enough and delicious enough to be well worth the money! Very high quality product! The fries were the perfect accompaniment and even their Heinz sauces are the perfect dipping sauces (ranch and BBQ for me). The two women working were extremely nice and just added to an already amazing experience! Will definitely be back!And the Blue Cheese is so good, you can just eat it with a fork! Best blue cheese I’ve ever had!

I highly recommend getting it 4-way with a side of homemade chips and garlic aioli. Service was super quick and staff very friendly and knowledgeable! will be back for more deliciousness soon.

First Time Customer. I will definitely be back for more. The Deep Fried Hot Dog was Awesome. As close to grilled without the grill. The Grilled roll was just right. Their own Sweet Relish, perfect. The first dog was overcooked. But they made me another rather than serving me the overcooked one. The Homemade Chips with French Onion Dip.. Amazing ! I could eat a whole big plateful of those. Even though I didn't eat it until the next day, The Roast Beef Sandwich 3 Way was still Excellent. The beef was perfectly cooked. Melt in your mouth Tender, and very flavorful. And the Bar-B-Que sauce was just right. That's a winner for sure. Excellent Job, and I'll definitely be back Breakfast Sandwich is Next on my list. Thank You for a Great Experience !!!!!
