Not only did he accommodate me regardless of the fact that I called him only a few weeks before the big event, but he also Provided top notch customer service and all the guests loved his food! If we ever need to cater another event, we will give Mr. Ts Smoke Shack a call! If Google let me give more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend!

Mr. T’s Smoke Shack makes the most incredible meatloaf, brisket, and ribs. All are the absolute best! The meatloaf is from another dimension of flavor compared to any other meatloaf! The brisket and ribs are simply sublime. If you want real, unique, craft BBQ, you can’t do any better than Mr. T’s!

One of the absolute best pieces of meatloaf I have had. Amazing flavor and nice and juicy. Make sure to add the moonshine BBQ Sauce and try some of the homemade pickles. Also if you buy the jar of pickles, it may or may not make it home. I’m not a pickle person but I ate the entire jar before I made it out of the parking lot!
