After the last visit ,id been told in person they'd credit us the funds back if we contacted corporate. However if wed like to simply pop back in 1 day they'd remake the 2 easy cheese mac n cheese .meals that appeared to be sitting in sauce for hrs .
No just half hr . 2,issue harder than actual sticks motts apps , Well here goes everyone, Let's see if the honor the , uncommon they'll know it's a replacement,give ur name n they'll replace. it,
I'll lyk how pick up + food was.. 100% by better be worth it it's so cold outside. My 😺 n.ass freezing of off... Oh Lord the wind , damn bout froze me whilst I' have been standing at while unlocking car.

We "joined the wait list" waited the estimated time then went to the door. Only to find out that they don't use a waitlist anymore (although it goes through and you get a text confirmation) to be told it will be an hour or more for wait time depending on if the manager allows them to seat people... The last time we went we sat by the front windows (facing center st) and it was so cold we didn't even get to enjoy our meal. Please do better. Also thanks for ruining my Valentines dinner kid free!

On 02/07/2025 i got a rack of ribs and onion rings and the ribs weren't to good, the flavor was great but were tough. Applebee's was always my go to place for ribs. Coleslaw was dry as hell
Mellisa, the bartender on Thursdays and Fridays is awesome if I come in on Mondays and Tuesdays and Jennifer is just as good of a bartender. I have come to enjoy this location tremendously. The wait staff has always been great, very friendly
