This was after we had already been seated at a table still covered in crumbs from the previous guest and left waiting for 10 minutes before anyone even addressed us. I ordered a pick-up order for 4 meals. I received only 3, and one of those 3 were incomplete. The only resolution staff would offer was for me to drive 30 minutes back to the restaurant to pick up the missing meal. A lot of time wasted due to their error and no accountability or willingness to make it right.

Our waitress Kendall was rude!!!! Our appetizer come out a 1/2 hour or so after we ordered it. And then our food came right out and it was cold!!! Never again.

Hands down the worst experience ive had there. After ordering our drinks, we waited half an hour before we had to get our server and let her know we were ready to order. She said sometimes she thinks she took an order but she hasn't, which makes no sense and she just laughed it off. While waiting we ordered another drink that she forgot about. Half an hour later my 8 year old was crying he was hungry. When food came out it was only 2 plates while 3 of us were still waiting. I had the parmesean chicken Alfredo. It came with no topping. Just a clump of pasta in a thick cream sauce. completly bland and gross. So she brought over a little cup of cold diced tomatoes for it. So i just ended up eating some of the dried up chicken breast. Left at almost 11 at night. I will never eat there again. $100 down the drain. What a waste of my time and money.

They have the best burgers! And the woman who brings the food to my car when I use carside is the nicest person... Her smile makes me smile even when I'm having a bad day. That's the sweetest appetizer :)
I ordered two to-go meals, the chicken mac and cheese and a burger (which I was asked how I wanted it cooked, I said well done). I ended up getting food poisoning, the burger was pink, I had diarrhea and was throwing up for two days. I called two days after the order and spoke with a manager, who took my contact info, only for them to never reach back out. Super disappointed and won't go back. Terrible customer service, even though they attach a paper to your order, thanking is for ordering with them and to contact them if there's any problems.

Very busy Friday evening when we went. They got us to a table within 15 minutes when the wait was at a minimum of 20 minutes. So that was great! The hostess was very kind, and the waiter was amazing. He communicated very well, and was very professional and personable. The establishment was clean, even though they were busy. And the food was absolutely delicious.
