Aroma Joe's Auburn - Coffee House & Drive-Thru

Beyond slow. Sat in drive thru for over 30 minutes with only 4 cars ahead.

My order was wrong and it's always the same lady, not just this morning but every time. She either forgets the honey or she forgets the lemon. Poor service and she didn't scan my Aromas rewards, I know this because it didn't deduct my $5.00 off. Makes for a bad start in the mornings.😔

They can be a little slow at times, but when the adults are there it's not bad. Food and drinks are always great, and I've never had a mistake here.

My exciting journey to Aroma Joes for a free drink between 3 & 5 at a place an hour away (there are several 5-10 minutes away) was thwarted by a full bladder and intestinal distress, (like Montezuma himself was sitting next to me)... My phone's signal was blocked, and had to leave before ordering...
Luckily Mardens was close by and have nice bathrooms... 😀

Asked for 7 raw sugar as they never put that much... There's none in here at all, and there's coffee grounds in the bottom. Honestly probably my fault for daring to try Joe's again after giving up on them for so long.

This Aroma Joe's is really nice. Great service and the dark roast coffee and toasted bagel with cream cheese was good too, all for $6.75. I like to sit inside and relax and the large round tables. It's quiet and pleasant.

Aroma Joe's will steal your rewards. I was in line when I activated 150 points for a free drink. I was told that the coupon expired, but I still lost 150 points for no reason. It's not the employee's fault. The company is very shady. I'm going to go to Dunkin' from now on.

We ordered coffee and food. Service was great and the staff friendly.

Coffee was great, the blueberry muffin was okay and the spinach feta bagel was bad.

There was a really long queue for drive-in coffee pickup which made sense as the coffee is good.

Dining in is perhaps not a great idea as the place has no ambience or character, just a few basic tables.

Vegetarian options: The spinach and feta bagel was just dough, with tiny bits of spinach and cheese. Reheating made it worse. But the coffee was good.

I ordered a PB Mocha and my coffee was great. As I was waiting for my drink though, I overheard all of the employees talking about how terrible one of the other employees was. Just seemed like a lot of bullying in just the 5 minutes I was there.
