My son and his friends went in last night expected a wait because obviously night before thanksgiving waitress was rude and took the liberty of tipping her self and when my son was like why did my bill jump 7$ and she’s said oh I accidentally tipped my self just wanted to give people a heads up check your cards

Our server was very nice and the food didn't take long and was pretty good. It wasn't very busy which was nice too. The only complaint is the mens bathroom. There were paper towels on the grounds, the floor was sticky, the urinal is very low to the ground without much privacy, and the stalls were clogged.

I'm sitting waiting for my food, every time I curse to myself I will never be back because the wait is so long. Things need to change, atmosphere sucks, one huge room with a fishbowl display of booths in the middle sucks, coming in and NOBODY is ever at host station ever, there should always be someone at the front! The food is good, the wait sucks, always, minimal menu and takes an hour to get out a chicken sandwich?

Very disappointed how this place has turned out ,first time going back in years and I won’t be returning. Place was dead . Our server was awful and seemed as if she was under the influence of something . Food wasn’t good at all and couldn’t even have proper condiments . Definitely unfortunate.

Worst customer service when I called regarding my order they missed some of the items when we asked about the alternative options are solution for our problem they said the manager will contact you guys and cut the call and don't answer in proper way

Used to be a favorite stop for wings & a cocktail special…..Last time we went …. No one greeted us at all! Finally a gentleman at a nearby table said his group of 4 people had been waiting over 15 minutes before they saw a waiter and now waiting over 20 mins with no food 🥲 He suggested we go somewhere else if we were hungry; so we did. Very sad they are having trouble finding people that need work.
It’s a chain and it’s ok. Being from upstate NY, wings are serious business and this is just a knock off. We did have great service and I do want that tv!
I ordered to go and one of my wing sauces was mixed up with one of the spiciest things I have ever eaten. When I called the restaurant to get clarification I was hung up on. Never going back there again.

I got the bacon mac and cheese burger, and it was delicious. I'm a wuss when it comes to spicy foods, but I did try it with the jalapeños that come on it, so it was a little spicy, but it was absolutely delicious.

The burger with the Mac and cheese on it is life changing. I get it once a month as a lil doordash treat and it’s delish. Thanks for coming in clutch during late night cravings
