They have good service but have music i playing with curse words and the word ni..a blaring in background. Could barely hear the person at register. Everyone can listen to what they want but I thought B.K was a family restaurant.

It’s my own fault really but my order was simple. They can’t possibly screw it up. Sausage biscuit with cheese and a small hash brown. Whelp got no cheese on my sandwich and the hashbrowns were not edible . I had to call 3 times before someone actually picked up so I could tell them the food was not ok. The kid could care less.

Constantly screws up my order i was missing all the sauces and half the add on on my sandwiches, takes forever and I genuinely get sick when I eat here, not burger king in general but only this location, im constantly disappointed by my meal quality, my burger looked like a baby diaper blow out and tasted so bad i hardly finish a bite, I feel like I contracted the flu from this place or just a ailment in general, I will never order here agian, id rather walk two hours to the one on lisbon st in lewiston where the food feels cooked propery, made promptly, corect and doesn't taste like slop, im devastated by my experience at this place and feel like I'll spend the morning puking.

9:10 pm 7/24/25 I ordered a large bacon king meal with a small onion ring on the side and they gave me two cheeseburgers but got everything else right. Then when I came back around for them to fix it they took the bag with two cheesburgers fries and onion rings but only gave me the bacon king and large fry back. Not wasting my time to go get my onion rings when night crew seems to be tripping over themselves like they’re too high to work.
Went in to get two whopper made like a rodeo burger but add extra mayo and you can see the kitchen where the food is being made and I watched the guy add lettuce and I went to the lobby to double check and in fact the burgers were wrong and on my receipt it said no lettuce clearly on it so I went back to get it fixed and so he took the buns threw them out and just put new buns on too without putting my mayo on it so Im really frustrated! The front was good its just the one guy with a beard that has a clear problem. I don’t recommend this burger king at all. If I could I would get a refund.

I love this Burger King because it's consistent with food quality and fast service. Stop here everytime I go Auburn. Whopper junior with cheese, 2 chocolate chip cookies and a cup of ice water. 5 bucks and some change. Park in back parking lot under shade tree. Simple. Love it!😎❤
