I WANT to love it, and I keep coming back because I like the keto salad option, but in the last 4 visits I have yet to see one smile from any employee, and they are always out of key ingredients. No lettuce at 7:30pm? No honey chicken at 6pm? No fruit cups for kids any time I ask… frankly I’ll keep going but I have to mentally prepare myself for a mediocre experience before I walk in.

I will not go there ever again!! They messed up my takeout order really bad and wouldn't refund my money. I got bad service on the phone twice with two different managers when I called to complain about the lousy food I received. They offered me a discount NEXT visit but I wanted them to make my order right, now or refund my money. I became so frustrated with them on the phone that I hung up. It wasn't worth the aggravation. I'll just never order from them again nor will I go back!! This happened late in the evening after I worked all day. I didn't realize my order was so messed up until I got home. Never again Chipotle!!!

I have never seen workers at chipotle move so slow. Unfortunately, they will see a line of people in front of them and still let the people wait 20 minutes and be talking in the back of the kitchen.

Food was good. Glass was dirty, tables were dirty, floors were dirty, no ice, and area around the utensils was just nasty AF. This is the first negative review that I have ever given. On a positive note the staff was excellent!

Run next door to Firehouse Subs where they treat you like a human and there isn't FILTH all over the tables and floors and walls (yes, walls!) and they are VERY nice. Chipotle gets an F- 🤢🤮

RUN! This place is downright FILTHY and you can't order food there. You're supposed to download an app if you want food. No thanks. But I wouldn't eat there anyway because it is so disgusting and filthy out front, imagine what the kitchen looks like. Do yourself a favor and go next door to Firehouse Subs where it is clean, they are nice, and you can place a normal order. You're welcome, you just avoided disaster!
