This chipotle is an absolute joke. Every time I’ve gone there it’s an absolute dump & the service is absolutely terrible.
Waited in line for 20-30 minutes. Once it was our turn, one of the employees comes up to us and says they won’t be serving food for 30 minutes because they “RAN OUT OF CHICKEN” excuse me whaaaat?! She proceeded to tell me they ran out of chicken because of a “shift change” what a terrible excuse. No apology, no nothing. No one in there is friendly or gives a damn, the girl at the cash register just stood there with a huge line of people while one person was making food.
You couldn’t pay me to go there anymore.

Haven't been in a little while so decided to stop because there was nobody there at 3 on a Sunday... Now I know why. Very rude. Told me what I wanted after I insisted I wanted a burrito. From there I was rushed and got slopped onto my wrap and rushed to decide what I wanted within seconds.. won't go back. Shitty environment. Very small portions . Everyone there in line spending good money were treated poorly. I'll eat from the nouria up the street.

This is consistently the worst Chipotle I've ever encountered, and I've been to a lot of locations.
so I went to Chipotle in Auburn Maine today to get three burrito bowls, All three bowls were for my kids, And all three were exactly the same just chicken, beans, rice, cheese and then sour cream on the side. First they were out of cheese, So now I'm paying like 12 a bowl for literal Chicken, rice and beans, With a dollop of sour cream on the side.... Well when it came time to get the sour cream put on the side they refuse to let me have any, not because they are out, but because there was only one container left for the rest of the night. so even though it's included in my meal they refused to let me have any of it because in the next hour before they close other customers might want some( there still would have been 10 left over after they gave me three small dollops for my three meals) and I wasn't asking for extra or an outrageous amount I just literally wanted a dollop on my children's meals because that's what they wanted..... I walked out and left my food there after they were incredibly rude to me and refused to give me sour cream... I'm not going to pay for something if you are refusing to give me what's included with it just because you want to be a jerk for no reason. I wasn't asking for anything extra or added or for any freaking favors I was buying and paying for a service and they were refusing part of that service. on top of that they were giving me dirty looks and staring and saying nasty things about me to each other, what should have been a brief friendly and easy experience was very uncomfortable frustrating and negative

I WANT to love it, and I keep coming back because I like the keto salad option, but in the last 4 visits I have yet to see one smile from any employee, and they are always out of key ingredients. No lettuce at 7:30pm? No honey chicken at 6pm? No fruit cups for kids any time I ask… frankly I’ll keep going but I have to mentally prepare myself for a mediocre experience before I walk in.

I will not go there ever again!! They messed up my takeout order really bad and wouldn't refund my money. I got bad service on the phone twice with two different managers when I called to complain about the lousy food I received. They offered me a discount NEXT visit but I wanted them to make my order right, now or refund my money. I became so frustrated with them on the phone that I hung up. It wasn't worth the aggravation. I'll just never order from them again nor will I go back!! This happened late in the evening after I worked all day. I didn't realize my order was so messed up until I got home. Never again Chipotle!!!

The most disgusting, repulsive chipotle I have ever had the displeasure of beholding. Food and trash everywhere, including in the drink display. This place is an affront to the gods.
