If I could leave a negative star review I would. I have been a chipotle fan for several years however, this location is absolutely disgusting. I had to use the restroom before ordering and I am so glad I did (kind of). From fresh urine on the seat from the female employee that just walked out before me, to the dried up urine and feces from God knows how long, to 2 inch thick crud all over the floor - I walked right out. I would never eat at a place who is comfortable with a bathroom like this. One stall mind you! Firehouse subs absolutely took my business and deserved it!

Every time we stop in (today it’s 4p) they are out of 5-6 ingredients. No steak, no chicken. 10 minute line wait to get to the window to hear another 10+ minute wait on items. I’ve never seen such chaos and disarray at a Chipotle. Too bad, this location is managed poorly.

5:45 on a Friday night before Christmas and chipotle is closed in Auburn. This location is horrible as it is, always missing something or out of tortillas. If you go to Westbrook or windham you get better portions and don’t feel cheated.

it was good one time and i had hoped maybe it would be good again but both times ive ordered since i got uncooked rice (it was crunchy), and burnt chicken that made my entire meal inedible. also the old guac is disgusting why do you think it’s acceptable to give people grey guac?!
