Food was good. Glass was dirty, tables were dirty, floors were dirty, no ice, and area around the utensils was just nasty AF. This is the first negative review that I have ever given. On a positive note the staff was excellent!

They were out of all meat except for chicken, and they were out of black beans. The employees could barely comprehend English, and they have like 5 parking spots. I will never go back.

FILTH! TOTAL FILTH! Plus you can't order food, you have to order online but don't bother because the place is FILTHY and they are extremely rude. RUN! Run next door to Firehouse Subs where they treat you like a human and there isn't FILTH all over the tables and floors and walls (yes, walls!) and they are VERY nice. Chipotle gets an F- 🤢🤮

RUN! This place is downright FILTHY and you can't order food there. You're supposed to download an app if you want food. No thanks. But I wouldn't eat there anyway because it is so disgusting and filthy out front, imagine what the kitchen looks like. Do yourself a favor and go next door to Firehouse Subs where it is clean, they are nice, and you can place a normal order. You're welcome, you just avoided disaster!

Every time we go there our order is missing something. Either tortilla chips or an ingredient in the bowls. They don't even tell you they ran out or didn't put it in. You find out when you check your order

This is literally the worst chipotle I have ever given my money to. They are always out of menu items. “You literally do two things!!!!” Burritos and bowls!!! How are you always out of tortillas?” Tonight they had tortillas miraculously. I just got a burrito that was pretty much all rice with just a kiss of meat. Wtf are you doing at this location?

Consistently bad food quality unfortunately. The employees are all very nice actually which would lead you to believe the food would be good. One day, crunchy rice, next overcooked beans, the other night charred steak. Could literally taste the crunch of burn.
Have had one good burrito in like 7 orders here. Why do I keep ordering? Idk that one good burrito was fire enough I guess

I got half a bowl and it took an almost an 1 hour for delivery to get and I don’t even get lettuce corn and barley and chicken
I waited twenty minutes for service, then tried to order and was told that I had to wait until the items(food) were ready ...so I decided to not bother with purchasing my meal.

Do not go here! Not only were they out of rice (????), they put a gallon of sour cream on everything. Oh, AND we got food poisoning! We saw the rating thinking "it can't be that bad" IT WAS!! I would give 0/5 if I could.

If I could give a 0 I would! This place is absolutely unprofessional. I ordered TWICE in the same night because I assumed they just accidentally messed up my first order. NOPE! Drove 15 minutes home then drove 15 minutes back to pick up second order and was treated absolutely horrendously by staff because they were out of a bunch of stuff and just substitute without telling you. They just hand you the bag and don't even apologize by saying "hey, we were out of etc.." so I paid for guacamole twice and didn't get it different meat and it was supposed to be a salad and got rice. To top it all off as my husband and I were walking out the manager of the establishment called us "Fu@king Morons." Unreal! Save your time, energy, and money and eat anywhere else but here!
