4 stars because most importantly, this is consistantly delicious pizza. It reliably lives up to the standard it set for itself with my first slice, which I can't say for any other pizza in the area. If he added a different mushroom topping that's fresh rather than pre-roasted (just a personal preference), that would be a 6th star.

what a great pizza shop! The owner, Corwin, is a very friendly and interesting guy. He clearly takes great pride and his craft. He has decided not to open other locations in order to keep his life work balance in order and not to put money making over the quality of his work. I admire him for that. More to the point, for all of you, this is one of the best pizzas I've ever had anywhere.

We are in town for a hockey tournament & had the great fortune of finding Cibo Pizza for lunch. The owner is exceptionally friendly with extraordinary customer service skills. We had the Bee Pun Pizza & the 3 Cheese Bread. Both were outstanding & we couldn't stop eating it despite full bellies! This place is an absolute must for lunch or dinner. Highly recommend! Can't wait to come back the next time we're in town!!!

I've never gotten a bad pizza from here. I wish the owner would offer delivery but it's worth the 2 hour drive for me.
What a gem. We are pizza snobs. A great variation of New York style pizza. Perfect amount of sauce and cheese and a perfect texture crust. Found it when visiting from out of state. Will definitely be back!
