Wouldn't recommend this Dairy Queen to anybody when in there tonight and order dinner for my whole family as my fiance is eating his sandwich he found a big long black hair hanging out of his burgers and was utterly disgusted I went up to the manager and told her she asked me if I wanted a refund or for her to remake the sandwich she remade the sandwich they also messed up on my daughter's sandwich and didn't give us the right one then we sat back down to dine in at Dairy Queen and my son went up to order ice cream and she heard us ask them to get a bag and she grabbed a bag and slammed it on the counter and kept staring at us the whole time we dined in that's most definitely was the most disturbing dinner that we have had with our children and quite some time and we will never return to Dairy Queen in Auburn again and I would highly recommend for other people to choose a different Dairy Queen in the area or drive out of your way to get to one

Don’t use the DQ app for this location if you’re using a coupon or discount. They tell you AFTER you get there and wait inside that they “don’t do discounts here” and they have a paper ready to show you in case you don’t believe them. Instead of going with, honoring it one time but telling the customer that going forward, for their information, that location doesn’t participate in promotions on the app, instead, they just alienated a customer with poor customer service. I’m fat and diabetic, so I don’t need their ice cream anyway, but thanks for making it easy for me. Definitely will not return.

I came to the Auburn DQ with my son and his friend and had an overall great experience. I interacted with a couple of different employees (because we ate food and came back for dessert) and they were friendly, competent and attentive. The food was fast and yummy.
Idk what they do to instill their values on these young minds but I'm always served with a smile! You can't help to smile back no matter how bad your day is going!

I couldn't eat here because not only do they not use the Dairy Queen app but they don't take coupons. Any coupons. So much for my birthday treat. What kind of horrible management is that? I was gonna get food for me and my son but I'll never stop there again. I should be able to expect consistency between locations. We wasted 14 minutes going out of my way with a tired small child. Not happy.
