Ordered the other night and got 2 burgers fries and onion rings and nachos paid 68 for the order for them not to send half of it and then they didn't answer so I had to waste almost $70 this is not the first time either. The food was cold and nasty and soggy they didn't even read the orders and put everything on them instead of on the side. I will never waste my money again. It sucks too because my kid's love the food.

I ordered from the Auburn location one night, they didn't give me all of what I ordered and pretty much shoved me out of the restaurant so they could hurry up and close. When I tried to go back in to get the error corrected, the doors were already locked (I hadn't even been shoved out for 2 minutes yet). I complained to their HR, I never got a reply or a refund for the food I was missing or anything. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!!!

When we got there, there was only one waitress & she was on the move! We ordered our breakfasts & got them in about 7 minutes tops. She checked on us, refilled our coffees & when we were ready to go she took care of us quick & easy!

If it were possible I wouldn't give them even one star. I ordered a classic chicken burger and they didn't give me tomato or lettuce, nothing, just the chicken. Very bad service, apart from the fact that the staff was desperate to leave. The truth is that it was very bad.
