My wife ordered a Santa Fe Skillet which is supposed to have chorizo sausage, fire-roasted bell peppers & onions, mushrooms, and seasoned red-skinned potatoes, topped with cheddar cheese and two eggs.
Hers did not have the sausage in it. When I said something to the waitress about it, she left for a while and then returned with the bill for the meal never addressing the sausage situation with an explanation or makegood.
We have eaten at this Denny's for years and never had a problem before.

Tried to give it another try but the slow waiter with the scabby arms was slow and yucky this time too. So was the food. I told him but it was not taken off the bill. Beware they automatically add 15% tip, so I double tipped for bad, slow service. Why wouldn't they have him wear long sleeves!?

It took the guy 15 minutes to get are drink order then he for got what we wanted for food we sat for a hour in a half before we got are food kids screaming at the to of his longs parents just let him run all around it was a mess

My fiancé and I showed up (almost 9 months pregnant at the time) ready to chow down on some brunch. Well, that never happened. I wish I could tell you it was bc I went into labor, but sadly it was because the staff was so slow and inattentive. From the moment we walked in, there was a giant leak in the roof spilling into a trash can (cute vibes) and when we were greeted and sat, we probably waited over 10 minutes before our server came over to offer us a beverage. When she finally came back, we ordered. I am not exaggerating when I tell you we waited 40 MINUTES for our order, and when I finally called this (veryyy slow moving waitress) over, she checked in with the cooks and told us there were still several orders in front of ours (!!!). That was the last straw. No one moved quickly or urgently, everyone seemed mildly lazy, and we were beyond hangry at this point so we left.
Highly recommend 1055 grill in New Gloucester!

The Denny's in Auburn has always been a favorite for home cooking, inexpensive food. The wait staff here is just amazing, very attentive and friendly, the service fast and the food is tasty. They are open early, stay open late, making it a handy stop for those of us up very early or working late shifts. I am really glad this one is still open and hope it stays that way!
