Sooooo I got a pizza. 5 words: sick, food poisoning, threw up. Had it delivered so idk what the customer service is like. Sounds horrible based on the other reviews I’ve read. Never going back.

This is a very sad pizza place location. Norway is amazing, always. This one is a completely ridiculous joke where the manager doesn't know what is going on, is lazy, hangs up on customers, or doesn't pick up, is rude, and yells at customers, she is disgusting. I unfortunately placed large orders from them all the time only because it's convent yet never again. I give HOURS notice yet it somehow can't be done. The app said my order was ready, at 5pm we were waiting an additional HOUR to get TWO pizzas, it was never put in and I was screamed at by the manager and hung up on today because of it. 2 weeks ago I was also hung up on my 3 times after being told to hold yet never heard anything each time. The two times before also the same thing. She's can't handle stress or a job at that and is very rude. No customer service whatsoever in her body. The time before, I ordered 12 pizzas none of them were cut at all. The manager doesn't know what the hell she is doing but screaming at customers is her forte because she doesn't know how to do anything else, like her job. She needs to find a lower level of employment because she sucks at this one. It's always her answering too. Pathetic. Never again.

Whoever is in charge of the phone 23/02 night shift really need a retraining session he sounded high didn’t even bother to ask the name for the pick up 40$ for 2 pan pizzas I think its outrageous but it was good

Over an hour and 15 minutes waiting on delivery…… app said it was complete and it wasn’t called the store was told 1 driver sorry. In the app it always says 15-35 minutes but never have I received an order from them that quick always an hour or more

DO NOT get hand tossed pizza from here. Dough is mixed or prepped wrong. Crunchy and flaky crust. Horrible!

Placed an order for delivery. When it arrived both my pizzas look old and dry. As if they been sitting around and they just reheated them. How lazy do you have to be to not make fresh pizzas. Will not be ordering from this location again.

Although one of our pizzas was wrong this evening, the customer service was incredible. The woman who answered, made sure to let me know they are going to remake it. I know things get busy and I just wanted to recognize the service we were given on a Friday night.

Ordered Honey BBQ wings, got plain wings. Called and complained, they sent a new driver out with 5 cups of bbq sauce, and said “the big boss is there and she told me to bring these,” choosing to save the 16 wings instead of correcting their own mistakes and giving me what I paid for. Whoever the manager is, should start applying for easier jobs, like trash collection.
