Rude disrespectful entitled driver just because my daughter is spending the night and she's homeless and couldn't afford a tip the driver was very disrespectful rude and made us very uncomfortable

To many times getting the wrong toppings and or be scarce with the chicken or bacon toppings on a pizza. (Mostly cheese). It is getting better so I changed from a 1 star to a 3 star.

We ordered pick up today and I have to say the service was amazing! The lady behind the counter went out of her way to make sure our order was correct. Not only was it correct, it was still hot when we got home. We love Dominos in Auburn and this is why! Thank you Crew!!!!!

They’re incompetent and are rude they will make you wait on hold and then hang up on you. Will take several calls before they update you on the progress on your food that you placed AN HOUR AGO. Disgraceful will never order from this dominos again!!

Ordered on doordash around 11:30pm

Called the store at 12:30am, was told would be here in just a few minutes

Food finally arrives cold at 1:40am

Waited over 2 hours for cold pizza

Also had to call 4 times and was put on a 20 minute hold before someone would actually talk to me 😒

This place has taken a massive dive in the last year, I understand it’s a chain but it’s awful every time now. The foods gross and brunt or sometimes not even completely cooked, you don’t get all the items in your order, the only decent thing now is the delivery drivers are timely.

Very not happy with this store placed an order at 11:30 they closed at 12 been trying to get ahold of them bc it said my order was finished when it wasn’t bc I had to pay with cash than when I checked it said order cancelled. So I’ve been calling the sure the past 15 minutes and no one is answering mind u the food is always cold n always forgetting stuff

Its been a longtime since I gave a place all 1 star reviews. Food? Never cut right, burnt or under cooked, massive bubbles. Service? My order was left on the front stairs in the rain because their driver didint see a digital tip. (I had cash for them).They didint even bother to call. Atmosphere? Inside the store is small, and awkward. And the employees are rude. I've been left on a indefinite hold numerous times. I would honestly recomended the Cumberland farms frozen cardboard pizza over anything this location serves.

I have not been to Domino's in a very long time but have ordered, the last 2 Fridays, through Pin Point Delivery (I live out of the delivery area and a Pin Point is close) and were both great experiences. I have read some other reviews and can only speak to my experience, getting what I wanted and through the app. I also like Pizza Insurance. They were missing my Garlic Dipping Sauce Cup, on this order. They offered to make right by a choice of a 2 Topping Medium Pizza or 20% off my next order. I plan on becoming a somewhat regular and, so, happy so far.

We ordered on the app, went to pick it up and not ready yet, which was okay I was early. The woman behind the register had no clue what she was doing and the guy pulling out the orders and putting them up didn’t even give a rats ass about what he was doing. Needless to say well over an hour later the manager stepped in and helped both him and her, found my order, cold no sauce on either pizza. 23.00 dollars for what?! Wasted money. Never again Dominos, never again! I’ll head to Lewiston house.
