I have not been to Domino's in a very long time but have ordered, the last 2 Fridays, through Pin Point Delivery (I live out of the delivery area and a Pin Point is close) and were both great experiences. I have read some other reviews and can only speak to my experience, getting what I wanted and through the app. I also like Pizza Insurance. Although one of our pizzas was wrong this evening, the customer service was incredible. The woman who answered, made sure to let me know they are going to remake it. I know things get busy and I just wanted to recognize the service we were given on a Friday night.
So I stop in for lunch sometimes, my food is always ready as promised, they are always helpful and friendly. They haven’t made a single mistake on any of my orders yet. I have zero complaints about service or quality or taste. I’m m buying pizza and sandwiches from dominos. I know what I’m getting across the country it’s going to be the same thing. Here it is just as good.
