Yeah almost every Dunkin is horrible nowadays and this one is no different. Places a mobile order for a sandwich and hash-browns. Pull up to the speaker, 5 minutes go by with nothing- had to say hello before someone said anything. I see two separate people walk up to the drive through window and order drinks before anyone has even asked what we want to order. Sixteen minutes goes by and still not even asked what we wanted to order or anything. Canceled the order and drove off, shit show there

I’m going to start off by saying I normally will not step foot into a Dunkin. However when in the Northeast corner DD is on every corner. I stopped in today and wanted the the cookie butter cold brew. It was sold out so I grab a peppermint mocha instead. It was made perfectly. Place an order for donuts they didn’t have anymore of but the women filling the box suggested the blueberry cobbler instead. Oh it’s so freaking good!! This location had happy faces that greeted you when you walked in.

The doughnut cabinet was full of dozens of flies. It was so gross. And the 2 people that weren’t working inside register, the ones who fill the orders, they were flirting so much they forgot they had orders. I get it, you’re into each others but you literally have customers waiting and having to watch that awkward situation. Almost as gross as the tons of flies.

**AVOID THIS LOCATION** Horrible crew in the last few weeks. Has been chaos, and takes 15-20 minutes to get a coffee, with 3 cars in line. It would help if half their staff wasn't stoned, and can't follow directions. AVOID THIS

Poor,poor customer service. Girl behind the counter was not friendly, seemed to not want to deal with customers. She didn't want to hand me my change back,just put it on the counter and pushed it to me. First they had no cinnamon rasin bagles so I said plain would be fine,then after waiting five minutes, was told they were out of plain as well. This was before 9am on a Saturday. The staff attitude is pathetic, they were around the corner speaking loudly and using profanity. This was their third strike . Have had nothing but issues with this location.
Staff super friendly and helpful. Could read the menu and one girl spent a good 5 mins reading me the menu. They go out of their way to help consumers

the lady at night is extremely disrespectful and doesn’t know how to properly do her job at night. i’m a regular there and have never had issues when it came to getting my drink especially having my dunkin app scanned. ever since the older guy stopped working overnights the service and employees have been sh!t. do better.

Visited this Dunkin’ this morning. The service and food was great, but the manager was reprimanding her employees and muttering F bombs because she was stressed out. I got her attention and stated that she has customers watching and that her behavior was unacceptable. I’m gonna stick with that. Blatantly, unkind, unprofessional, and uncomfortable for those standing around waiting and probably embarrassing for the staff.

I gave this place multiple chances. Its a disaster in there out of certain breads half the time cold sandwiches wrong orders. People are hard on dunkins in their reviews i am not but this place is by far the worst organized dd consistently I've been to in awhile. Shut down and retrain every person that works there absolute worst!!!
