Aiden and his workers are the only ones that know how to properly make a coffee the correct way. this is the only dunkin i go to now just because they’re the only ones that take pride in their work

I am visiting from Aroostook County Maine. I also am a US Army Vet. I have given DD a lot of money over the years for there products! Today in this store I had the worst experience ever. It was 840am October 26, 2025. There is a non-caucasion female employee with her sleeves rolled up to her shoulders, red hair, glasses, and very long fake nails on. She made my coffee wrong. I simply asked for the right sugar in my coffee. On camera she threw my coffee across the room into the trash can aggressively! She then proceeded to talk trash not realizing i could hear her! After I left I came home and called for the store # and corporate #. She proceeded to talk more trash and make threats over the phone. They refuse to give me her name or the number to place a complaint. This is uncalled for, I then called corporate and put in a formal complaint. I also am passing the word out on Facebook, Snapchat, and All VFW in the surrounding area! Us as humans and Veterans do not need this disrespect!

Computer system was having issues which lead to alot of confusion about my order. This store is hit and miss when it comes to my and also others iced coffee. It is too strong most of the time.

As a public transportation driver, I'm limited to rest rooms. They require me to make a purchase first to use the restroom, that's fine. But then after I make the purchase and ask to use it they tell me they can't because there only 2 employees and they would have to let me in.
I'm diabetic, the only reason I pulled into that Dunkin was to use the restroom! They didn't give me a receipt so I couldn't even fill out a proper survey. I'm making a complaint to the chamber of commerce.

I’m a regular at this store and every time I’m there this one kid working Is always rude to customers and has an attitude. I’m really sick of this kid and you will no longer be getting my business and I will be telling all my friends and family to stay away from this store until you get better customer service. So because you guys don’t have hash the meal deal doesn’t exist and how do you not have hash browns when the store just opened.

The literal worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Service was horrendous. Food was the same as every Dunkin. No one wanted to work. Attitude for everything. Hardly anyone at the place but took forever. Go to a different one.

The manager Aiden was Swearing dropping the bombs when he openen up the drive through window and then treated me like a piece of garbage…will never go back again. Certainly not somebody I would represent my business. He has earned this location another of many 1 star reviews. Perhaps corporate should take a look at his manager’s position
