I’m genuinely confused by the attitude here. I always come in expecting basic customer service, but I continue to feel like I am an inconvenience to the staff just by showing up.

The literal worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Service was horrendous. Food was the same as every Dunkin. No one wanted to work. Attitude for everything. Hardly anyone at the place but took forever. Go to a different one.

The manager Aiden was Swearing dropping the bombs when he openen up the drive through window and then treated me like a piece of garbage…will never go back again. Certainly not somebody I would represent my business. He has earned this location another of many 1 star reviews. Perhaps corporate should take a look at his manager’s position

Very less than impressed today at 12:41 pm when I was given a very! Burnt croissant for my Maple Bacon Sandwich. But big shout out to Dunkin Donuts Lisbon Street across from Burger King for remaking the sandwich correctly, and with lots of empathy.

Always a disappointment. We've tried going here multiple times and we're always let down. Theyre always out if something, cups,straws,whipped cream, they don't have the normal snacks and sides that the other ones in the area have.

I Have food allergies, simply asked when my bagel comes out of the oven to please put it in the sleeve. I have to be careful of cross contamination. The person who toasted my bagel started swearing at me because she had "more important things to do". I asked for the manager, and he said he couldn't deal with it right now. Well maybe he would have time for a lawsuit
