They have offers up on the board yet don't offer them. 🤔 they are usually pretty rude. I ordered the bacon this morning because well they don't have their offers anymore... needless to say the bacon was cold yet burnt... please tell me how that works... I think I will be finding a new place for my morning trips... tired of being disappointed 😞 and treated like an inconvenience when I'm in the customer
They do not care about their customers, they are more worried about making record profits with their dunkin app. My self and 7 other people had to stand in line in the store for 15 minutes while the store employees had to make over 40+ coffees for woolen who weren’t even in the store yet. I get the app idea, but you’ve basically told all your customers who have trailers and can’t use drive ups and anyone who wants a coffee and has to go inside is completely screwed unless...read full review
