I go there often. And more often than not they forget something. It's always something! My hash browns. My Omelet bites. SOMETHING. They forgot something in my order 3 different times, I've only been there 4 times.... I tried calling a handful of times and NO ONE answers either! To say I'm not impressed is an understatement! I will be going else where. Maybe, even dare I say it, Starbucks!

Waited 5 minutes to get to the order box of the drive through, only to be told “I’ll be right with you” by the employee. I waited patiently for another 5 minutes at the box as nothing but silence came from the other end. I politely said “hello”, only to get another “we’ll be right with you”. when? a simple coffee order can be taken in a matter of seconds. this happens almost every time through this drive thru. when I stated this to the employee, they told me “you can leave our drive thru”. gladly. or perhaps I should just come in, and make the drink myself. would probably be faster 😇

If you go to the Center Street Dunkin Donuts you will not like it. Their ice is molded. Yes that's right molded! They do not clean their ice machine well. You can taste the mold in black ice coffee. If you have cream,sugar, or flavors, you would not taste it. I am all done with this Dunkin. Just thought people should know. Dunkin should go back to hiring a company to clean their ice machine.

Overpriced stale food. It may be made fresh but it is not fresh when it leaves the store or warehouse wherever they make it. No quality control. Dunkies used to be good now they just suck. Can't even get a simple order right. But who cares you get lousy food but are miles away when you realize wrong and not even cooked right. They should be ashamed of themselves. How do you burn the bread yet still have stone cold meat and egg in a sandwich?? Nevermind wrong meat.
