This place is amazing! Great Coffee and food. The employees are kind and welcoming. They missed something on my drink and they didn’t make a fuss about remaking it. Simple mistake. I would definitely recommend coming back.

Walk hear in the rain to get a coffee to find out it's not open... at 630 when they say hours of operation are starting at 6.. only to be asked by A Walmart guy that's standing their with clearly too much time on his hands what I'm doing... .so when I inform him that what I'm not doing is drinking a coffee.. an what concern is if of his ...I guess that's what you get in today's society. I would strongly recommend that if you are on any kind of schedule or have any other place to get a coffee, DO NOT use this location.

They can’t make a simple coffee.. I asked for caramel cream and whipped cream on top. There was caramel all over my cup. No cream and there coffee tastes old! They need better training.

Every time I make an order I have to wait extra when they are not busy and then the quality of the food is they either made my order wrong or they burn it. Or don’t cook it enough. I also work at a Dunkin’ Donuts as a second job and I would be embarrassed to be sending out any of the things the way they send out some of their products. I’m gonna start going else where it’s not the first time they have done it to me or several people I know.

Absolutely horrible service. Whenever I order a frozen drink and go to get it, im told the frozen machine is broken. When i see people sitting there with frozen drinks from just a bit ago. The workers are just too lazy to actually help the customers.
Standing here waiting to be served for 20 minutes. Could walk behind the counter and take everything and no one would even know.Finally got service and they had no coffee what a joke lol

The Auburn Walmart Dunkin is one of my fave Dunkins in Lewiston-Auburn. The staff is super nice and is great at helping my friend and I get change for the bus. And most importantly they always get my order right! The only thing I’d like to see is the Saturday morning crew have more help and/or to give the Saturday morning crew a raise because they work so hard and so fast to get the line down.
