Minot Ave dunkin is by far the best dunkin around! Rarely have to wait long for my drink and my drink is always correct. The staff is friendly and quick! They are short staffed a lot but this does not affect the customer service that I am given! KUDDOS MINOT AVE DUNKIN!!
Aside from the very long wait at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, my son got to hear some very colorful language from an employee yelling about a customer. Not cool.

This is usually my favorite Dunkin and I drive an extra 3 miles to go here. Well it’s been awful lately. Completely awful. But this morning really was disgusting and I’ll never go again. So… I pull up to the speaker the women takes my order and I can hear loud music. I pull up to the window and they have loud rap music blaring so the poor guy in drive thru barely could hear me. He was very clearly new and didn’t know what he was doing ( no fault of his own. He waited for my coffee and it never came. He went and tried to make it but it was wrong again no fault of his own he was on drive thru cash. I gave my coffee back and some chick with different color hair made it. While waiting I watched a young women pick her crotch and lo and behold she grabbed my coffee w the same hand and handed it to me! Completely gross! I manage a dunkin and have managed and worked for 22 years at Dunkin! You ALL should be embarrassed! Bring back the old manager! The young tall dark haired kid and his crew! You have a real problem here!

Usually the best Dunkin in town but I guess they forgot to read the mobile order as there was no sugar instead of extra sugar. On top of that it’s always a long wait but when you go in or get to the window workers are standing around talking. I know it’s minimum wage but maybe this is why people don’t tip. No point in rewarding bad behavior. I’ll just go to McDonald’s next door instead

Vegetarian options: Well, for vegetarian options. It's a Dunkin Donuts, so you can have a donut. A muffin, you can have a bagel. Just don't put meat on it. You can have munskids, you can have hash grounds. So there's a pretty good selection of vegetarian options.
