The price is a little high but the inside of the place is fantastic and their options on ice cream is better than that place back home where I'm from that has a 35 different flavors I've been away from Florida for so long I can't remember its name but anyways I enjoyed going there and I will definitely be going back
The customer service was more than disappointing. When I brought to the attention of the management that the almonds in my heavenly hash ice cream were rancid and that they might want to taste the ice cream to check it, I was told that I could just throw it away and buy something else. When I re-approached them, they claimed that they tasted the ice cream and that the almonds were fine. As a professional, culinary educator and baker, I am well aware of what rancidity tastes like. Do better Auburn store! I will get ice cream elsewhere.
