The sandwich is always very good and prepared perfectly.
Parking: It’s in a small strip mall with 4 businesses luckily 1 business is mostly drive through leaving more parking. There is 3 spaces on the side of building and around 8 spaces in a small area in back of building.

My husband and I for the first time we ordered subs from the Firehouse in Auburn, the bread alone was so amazingly soft and fresh, just everything about our food was extremely flavorful we enjoyed every bite!

Went by to grab a sandwich after work on two occasions and can’t get what is offered. Why stay open. First time I went I understand it was 15 to close and guy said only cold sandwiches. Sucked but I understand.
This time on 10/7 I got out early and with half hour before close I thought I could get a sandwich. I showed up at 8:33pm and open sign off but tried door cause says open til 9pm. Doors were locked. I guess business must be great to close early. I can guess locked early but stayed punched in. Sucks cause really like firehouse. But this was last time coming here which is sad. I guess jersey and mikes will get business cause they stay open til when it says online and on site.

As soon as you walk in, your sense of smell is smacked with glorious aromas of meat, vegetables, and sauces. The staff are always very fast. The subs are assembled professionally with the toppings and sauce proportionally perfect. Parking can be tight.
I recommend. This is my favorite sub shop.

Not greeted when I walked in after ordering my sandwich when it was ready all I got was a here you go I said thank you have a great day to which I got no response the two seemed more caught up in their own conversation.
