I like 5 Guys because you know what you are getting. You see your burger (w/ REAL meat) put together and the FRIES!! REAL FRESH potatoes cooked in peanut oil to perfection and I LOVE how they throw an extra scoop of fries in the bag!! Malt vinegar on the side too. The REAL milkshakes are superb. Always friendly, fast and clean. It costs more than the others but you're getting a MUCH better product!

Loosing rating and ca t do my job because a district manager decides to make his in rules vs agreement between two companies that partner to get there food delivered

They don’t allow Dashers to do there job but refusing to give dashers two orders that they are assigned without delivering the first one and come all the way back for the second. I had two orders for green a 20 minute drive away for two places next to each other would take me 40 minute to get back for the second order. If i unassigned the order it lowers my completion rating which if goes below 95 will lower my rating putting me into a lower group getting orders for less money. If they want dashers to only get one order at a time they need to get to gather with DoorDash and make it to dashers can’t get multiple but still point less cause most of the time dashers get multiple orders to multiple restaurants to deliver multiple orders to places close to each other. Never mind if I did deliver and come back for the second order I would get a violation for being late and could loose my job.

They were verry rude and snappy they threw my food together hap hazardly and I found hair in my sandwich. The staff were on there phones and it took 30 minutes just to get my food worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had

Lance and the crew there are always friendly (even when slammed). Quick and fresh/ always a nice chat if not a line of people. only short a start SODA MACHINE: i love what they're trying to do with the multi options, but ended all tasting like the leftover from previous person.
I got my order taken as soon as I walked in. They always give an abundance of fries, they also have vegan options, I will absolutely be back. Things are a bit great but that's how I like my fast food, post the fries down with a paper towel if it's not your thing. Very clean, and family friendly. Thank you 5 guys!

I never dined in and never will. I've only ordered 3 times now. My issue is that five guys is expensive enough. Overflowing with fries is a huge selling point. I can't seem to understand why they just fill the cup and not put at least some in the bag.
Overall, they do not portion their fries accordingly.

Food too greasy, including the fries. My husband loves this place but I cringe everytime he suggests it. I will say the bacon they put on the bergs you can see it, and its not floppy and undercooked. I do like the options you can add, just why so greasy?!

These guys are always warm and inviting, it never feels like a fast food restaurant, but a comfort food restaurant that gets food out fast. Great team, they deserve nothing but praise for the hard work they put in.
