We got there around 610pm ordered and waited almost an hour for Nachos and mushrooms. When they came to our table they were all ready cold. The nachos were the worst I ever had. Ended up throwing 2/3 of the plate away. I definitely won't be going back with everything in the world getting more and more expensive i expect good food when I go out. This was a lost cause.

How do I describe the pain of waiting an hour and a half for our entrees at this place. The food is in fact good but it’s just not workable to wait this long for food. Maybe they are just having a bad night, I’ll never know because I’ll never be back.

Note this location is not dog friendly on the patio. Service Dogs only. Looks like a great place otherwise. If you are looking for dog friendly we ended up around the corner at The Pub Baxter. Nice patio, music and very dog friendly.
Went in on a Saturday night at 715 and it was ‘seat yourself’ because it was dead. And we went and sat down while 7 different servers walked by and ignored us for about 10-15 minutes, so we left. Not even a ‘we’ll be right with you’ ?

Sitting outside by the river is amazing. The beer is always home brew quality. Grittys was amazing before they had competition. So many great beers around now Grittys didn't keep up with the quality of product they brew. Food is good pub style atmosphere is great love the location. My wife loves other local breweries but always orders a mixed drink at Grittys.

This was a frustrating experience but they did make it right in the end. I stopped in to make a takeout order because the online system isn't allowing payment information to be added. Went back to pickup the order and had to wait about 15 minutes from when I was told it was to be ready. Got home to a terrible looking pizza and cold sandwich, took the pizza back. Cathy apologized and had the pizza and sandwich remade, provided a $25 gift card for the inconvenience and provided a cider to drink while I waited. Finally got home with well made food an hour and a half after the initial order (only live about 5 minutes away so not much travel time). Look at the pictures and compare the pizzas.
