Just left after a horrific hour long visit. It was busy when we arrived, as to be expected. We waited 25 minutes for a drink, which was ridiculous. My husband's old fashioned was awful. The waitress informed us that because it was the seasonal one and it was listed on the menu with all the ingredients, it could not be refunded or changed to another drink. He didn't want it. Our appetizers arrived and they were so gross! Fried Mushrooms were tasteless and undercooked. Spinach artichoke dip also tasteless and cold. No seasoning, no flavor, crap food. Waitress could care less. Never got the manager. Charged us full price. We will never be back!

We dined on a June Friday at noon as a party of 8. The restaurant was mostly empty. The service was good but the food was very disappointing. Someone ordered tacos which had a very small meat nugget in each. I had a Reuben sandwich which had about half the meat I expected. Because of the food portions and quality, I wouldn't recommend.

We’ve been here 3 or 4 times, and the food is never made correctly. Wife always asks for no tomatoes and she always has to pick them off her food. The service is awful. Took 45 minutes on a dead Monday to get an appetizer, and over an hour to get our food. each time our waitresses never check on the table or asks if we want refills. I usually have to ask another waitress that’s not ours for more drinks and our receipt. It’s a shame because the food looks so good. There’s also a service charge, which is outrageous, because they’ve already raised the price of food, and it’s just an excuse to add a ridiculous charge

Food was pretty good. Prices were average, but in fine print on the back of the menu they add a surcharge. So instead of being honest and just raising prices they sneak in a 3% fee to make prices look lower. Also sat for over 40 minutes before getting greeted. This wasn't due to being busy, there were less than 10 people in the entire restaurant.

We got there around 610pm ordered and waited almost an hour for Nachos and mushrooms. When they came to our table they were all ready cold. The nachos were the worst I ever had. Ended up throwing 2/3 of the plate away. I definitely won't be going back with everything in the world getting more and more expensive i expect good food when I go out. This was a lost cause.

How do I describe the pain of waiting an hour and a half for our entrees at this place. The food is in fact good but it’s just not workable to wait this long for food. Maybe they are just having a bad night, I’ll never know because I’ll never be back.

Note this location is not dog friendly on the patio. Service Dogs only. Looks like a great place otherwise. If you are looking for dog friendly we ended up around the corner at The Pub Baxter. Nice patio, music and very dog friendly.
