My mother just tried bringing my daughter out for lunch here because is wasn't busy. They stood up at the front waiting to be sat for over 10 minutes while staff saw them but ignored them. The staff here used to be on top of their game... apparently not anymore! So disappointing. They did end up walking out because they were never approached.
