Attn angel get your restaurant in in order!! Went around 545 pm tonight 3/18/25 no one at front desk !! No greeter or hostess to be seen. 7 tables were waiting on food and we waited 20 minutes to be seated really. You weren't even busy.20 minutes when your busy is one thing 20 when your not is absurd THIS place used to be good and for a Tuesday night wasn't hopping. There was 10-15 people behind me that walked out.also. Obviously you don't mind losing Business . This keeps happening you'll end up like Denny's out of business soon. Went next door to long horn got.seated immediately waitress sat us and got our drinks. We waited 15 minutes for our food. Suggestion hire more people that want to work and have the server stay out front. The only employee I seen there was the cook who was obviously backed up and shouldn't have been on the floor to begin with Do better

Not a bad place to go. As long as you don't have a big party seems like the bigger the group that the more mistakes that can be made and nobody likes to have their food come out cold.And that's what happens when you go ahead, you go with a group of five or more.

My mother just tried bringing my daughter out for lunch here because is wasn't busy. They stood up at the front waiting to be sat for over 10 minutes while staff saw them but ignored them. The staff here used to be on top of their game... apparently not anymore! So disappointing. They did end up walking out because they were never approached.

It's not easy to write a negative review. Unfortunately, this was our 3rd and final visit to Ihop. The restaurant was not clean there was a used rolled up straw paper on our table from customer's prior to us. The floor was a mess every where. Then the food... I ordered a Cheeseburger meal, it contained no less than 10 pickels, cheese that was far from melted, no condiment on the cold bun. Seriously, how can you serve that?! And, charge $14.99 for it...! As a customer, I chose to spend my money there for a simple meal..out of the huge variety of other restaurants to choose from, Never again!

Beware people that are gluten sensitive. They put pancake batter in their scrambled eggs and omelets and no where on the menu could i find where it states that. I found out after i ate them. Corporate confirmed this when i called. P.s. multiple booths have ripped seats

Needed a big breakfast for a long day of motorcycle riding. They didn't disappoint. My server, Summer, even suggested the combo to save a few bucks she was a great server. Very attentive but not overbearing..
