Shawna or whatever her name is looks like hate her job. Showing attitude to costumers and her coworkers as well. Also need to remember to take off gloves when touching money and use clean ones when touching food.

There was a young kid working the window today on 7/3 at 12:15 ish and he was the sweetest. Excellent customer service skills. So polite. Was a breath of fresh air. He deserves a raise. I wish KFC was always like this.

Why 5 stars for this particular visit? Even though the food was meh, the young woman behind the counter was killing it. She was handling the entire front end including drive thru and assembly while the cook was cranking out food. 2 employees that appear to be undervalued still busting ass was awesome to see.

Just had KFC for first time in years, it was so bad I ate one bite and threw the rest away. The chicken fingers were cold and like leather. Fries were so salty one bite was all I could do. Worst food I have ever paid for. 10 bucks for a bag of garbage. The service was good I will say that. Drive through. I don’t care how in a hurry I am I will drive by that place every time. Zero stars.

Last time I went in there and bought a bucket of chicken it was greasy as hell and it was like it just said in the grease because it was not crunchy it was it was like it was like it was a moist you know like the crunchy Parton got soft that chicken was not good and I have not been back since and I have a couple friends that they went there and they did not like the Chicken KFC used to be the top number one fried chicken place now far as I'm concerned they're at the bottom

Waited over a half an hour for a DoorDash order. Had to cancel it because I waited so long and they still hadn’t even started the order. There was 6+ people waiting over a half hour for their food.

For the second time this KFC has dramatically messed up our dining experience. I placed a mobile order at 355 and as I'm typing this my wife has been waiting and it's almost 5. All employees are in the back on multiple people have not only ordered and gotten their food after we ordered, a family who ordered 20 minutes after we did just eat and left. No employee will talk to my wife. This KFC is filthy every time we are there as well. We understand understaffed. Most restaurants close mobile ordering when such is the case, but I ordered in the afternoon and communication is non-existent. Assuming the order finishes sometime, I'm skeptical about it's accuracy. Employees are also not answering the phones.

We keep trying this KFC but they make mistakes very often. Have ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and get home and only one in bag. One time we did drive up and ordered a fell bucket of chicken and got home and it was someone else order. CHECK YOUR ORDER EVERY TIME YOU GET IT.

Knowing someone that worked here, management is toxic and the food prep area is gross.. staff is poorly trained and lack any form of enthusiasm (most likely due to toxic leadership)

I ordered my food at 6:45 and the order was supposed to be ready for 7. I didn’t get out of there for 40 minutes. I don’t really care if you’re short staffed. Either hire more people or hire people who aren’t incompetent. Also after the 40 minutes I didn’t get my sauces either.
