I drive almost 30 min every so often to get crazy bread for my child with food sensitivities and every time I have come here I have been greeted with a stare, and given overcooked and completely dry crazy bread for 5 dollars a bag. Please for the love of God figure out the bread. Is there a cheese shortage? Don't the ovens have pre set times and temps? How is this even possible?

Absolute trash of a location. I went in at 8:15 for some hot and ready pizzas and bread sticks. The employees refused to come up to the counter. They werent working. They werent doing anything. I said hello after waiting in the lobby for about five minites. They made eye contact with me but pretended not to see me. I could see the items there ready but eventually just had to leave because no one would come to the front.

Little Ceasers quality definitely depends on the workers/management of the building and wow does this place has wonderful staff. They are extremely efficient and kind workers never had a bad experience at this location even when ordering huge orders for parties. Would absolutely recommend everyone deserves a raise in my book

Delicious as always, was not any pizzas hot and ready because business was booming. Only took 5minutes and I was outta there with a cheese pizza and crazy bread. 10/10

It has good flavor but the pizza is as flat as a sheet of paper , what can you expect for such low prices . We tried the new pretzel crust pizza (cheese and pepperoni ) it’s not very good left over

Will order so many things and they don’t allow you to have a bag to carry all of the extras in.
He will say “I’m not allowed to give you a bag” then laugh if you drop anything.

The older lady working the evening is one of the rudest people in customer service she should have a job working around customer rude and swearing around kids I would recommend going anywhere else
This has the rudest people I’ve ever had for customer service. The older lady at the register doesn’t mind swearing in front of customers and has a wicked attitude. Apparently the employees don’t like their job because everyone is so cranky . Ask a question and be ready for a rude response or some type of attitude. Everyone working there , not that there’s many people working ,cause the orders take a very long time to make even if it’s been ordered 2 hours before picking up your order …. Avoid going there and just go to papa John’s or Pizza Hut or even dominos . you pay more at these places but get better customer service and no attitude

I just ordered Little Caesars bundle which included a 2 L of Pepsi. I did not get it. I called the Uber driver. She said she asked if there was anything else. And was told that there was not. The little Caesars manager Gail got on the phone hot with horrible customer service and I was very rudely spoken to by her. She told me I could go pick it up obviously if I ordered it through Uber Eats I am not going to pick it up. My issue isn’t the $5 I spent on a 2 liter of Pepsi, my issue is the way I was spoken to better customer service Little Caesars. I paid Uber, also paid little Carsers. I am not the problem. I do not work for either company , she did not try to rectify the situation instead she had a major attitude. The other two employees I spoke to were great. I certainly will not be ordering again anytime in the future thanks to the manager Gail.

Online orders take a long time to be ready (even on a random Tuesday). Customer service is pretty terrible. Employees always seem cranky and snippety with each other.
