Asked for my steak medium rare; the first time it came out it was completely rare looking like it was barely cooked. The server was amazing, super nice and understanding; I told him my steak was rare and he sent it back to be re-made. The second time it came out the manager had brought it out, I cut into it and it was still completely rare. I have ate at this location a lot. And I always order a burger and fries.. and it’s ALWAYS Russian Roulette when it comes to my preferred level of doneness. It’s pretty bad in all honesty; having to send the meal back because the meat isn’t cooked to my preferences, I’d really be okay if the cook wanted to make a slight cut in the meat to check their work.. just so I don’t get disappointed yet again.
