45 minutes for my eat in order. Ordered on the app from a table. At 45 minutes my meeting was wrapping up and needed to leave but still no food so I went and had to complain to just eat my food I paid for. The parking lot was quite empty and it's far larger than the store could ever handle. The reason I mention that is we specifically noted how empty the parking lot was and how nice it was maintained. Not sure what went down inside.

Food took forever to come and when we finally got it the fries were cold and my medium fry was about 3/4 filled. We were waiting 20-25 just for this and while we were waiting I noticed that one of the workers REEKED of smoke. Go to any other fast food place before going here.

The service is so slow at this restaurant. They always are under water at this location. And there is a woman that works at this location that works mostly mornings that is not very pleasant to deal with. Never smiles. Always has an attitude when she talks to customers.

I ordered 35 dollars worth of food in my order, 5 sandwiches, and 6 hash browns. There was an error, and 1 sandwich was forgotten. I know mistakes happen, I have made a few in my life, but it is what you do to fix it that matters. The person in charge, Lexanne (I hope I spelled it correctly), did an outstanding understanding that there was a mistake and was trying to fix it. This, to me, makes up for the fact I had to drive back to the restaurant. I was very impressed with the customer service and will definitely come to this franchise before others.

It's fast food and McDonald's. I am liking the new Crispy Chicken Strips for a quick lunch though.
The people are fine. The food is the exact same McDonald's it's always been.
But prices have increased. Staffing has dramatically decreased. Those stupid computer ordering boards that never work right, I frigging HATE. They push the apps over service so they can monetize us instead. They have problems handling any customization do to these problems. I have asked for no onions 3 times and all 3 times I had onions on my burger.
Why am I paying more for less service and weak food at every American chain?

When I order a large coffee and another coffee that’s medium I expect to get exactly what I paid for. Not a medium and small coffee. 0/10 give me what I ordered and not the wrong size. And this isn’t a one off thing. Every. Single. Time. This. Happens. Why?
