45 minute wait times for food at McDonalds is absurd. It's obviously an extremely busy location with lots of traffic, to have so few workers is astounding. The cashier having to take orders, run orders to car side pick up, and call out the numbers is egregious. All the workers were doing the best they can but if you are having wait times that long trashing piling up because there's no one to empty the bins, and cold food by the time its handed out, something has to change. Hire more staff, change roles, whatever it is needs to be done. Would not recommend going to this location.

45 minutes to prepare a simplistic mobile order. Yikes. Definitely going for a refund on this. Management is struggling, apparently. I've worked fast food... Shouldn't EVER take more than 15 mins for anything and that's still pushing it.
No customers in the lobby, two cars at drive thru.... Waited 15 minutes for my order before just walking out with no refund... Staff wouldn't even acknowledge me...

Ordered for dine in. Had to ask for a number. Waited 30 minutes and no food came to our table. Went to inquire about our order and person was rude. Tried to tell me I ordered for pickup, which I didn't. Asked how long the bag of food had been sitting on the counter. Rude once again and she didn't know. I told her I wanted the hot meal I ordered. When she brought it to the table she was once again rude. Not happy with there service today.

Wow is all I can say.....McDonald's what are you doing? You just throw food in bags now? Clearly says BEC and you give me steak. And the sausage....was it from yesterday? And this was after I wait in line for 25 mins. Do better is all I can say.
