I recently moved to Auburn and wanted to try local restaurants. I visited Rolly’s because it was a walking distance from my place and opens at 6:00 am. The atmosphere was very cozy and people were friendly. It looked like most customers were locals. I ordered Hungryman Skillet and it was simple and good. I wanted to try other things on the menu as well. Only disappointing thing was that they don’t make their own corned beef for corned beef hash. I understand that some people prefer ones from cans. It is going to be one of my favorites place for breakfast!
Service, food and prices made the experience very enjoyable!

Perfect place for breakfast. They have something for everyone. This is a classic diner atmosphere. The servers are always pleasant and the food is always speedy. Also, I never see the bottom of my coffee cup.
A Diner!!! True to the definition of the word DINER! COZY, WELCOMING, and popular with the locals. Our daughter took us here on our last visit to the area, and she knows we love small, local eateries. Service was excellent, and the food was quick, full portions, and delicious. The diner itself was very clean and welcoming. We got there right around 9:30 on a Friday and got a seat, but not long after the place filled up, so I imagine weekend breakfasts, you might find a line to wait in! I'm happy to see that some local places are still hanging on in Maine.
This is just a hidden Gem ! Wow!! I had just had a procedure at the local hospital, and I just googled breakfast. ROLLY'S came up with good reviews. So I headed there. As I walked in, i noticed how clean it was. I was greeted immediately. I ordered a bacon skillet breakfast. As I sat there, I observed a well-oiled ship. The cooks were so insink they called out their orders. The waitresses not only took your order they took interest in you. I was so happy with the food and service I wish more places were like Rolly's. Everyone give yourself a pat on the back you deserve it.
Solid old school diner with good food and friendly service. We came here for a late breakfast on a fall Tuesday morning, and the restaurant was fairly busy, but we didn’t have to wait for a table. The food we ordered wasn’t fancy - eggs, sausage, bacon, and home fries, but it was fresh and well prepared, and served hot by really pleasant staff. The pancakes were a standout - light, fluffy, and tasty with some satisfying crispness on the outside. It’s worth it to order the real maple syrup to go with them. Definitely worth the price to eat here.
