My husband and I just had lunch at the Sam’s Italian Restaurant in Augusta, Maine. The cranberry almond chicken salad sandwich was excellent, and I had to save half of it for later because it was so huge. My husband had the chicken parmigiana sandwich and he said it was the best he ever had. Kind, friendly employees. The place was nice and clean. Glad we found this restaurant. We will definitely be back soon.

Kenzie and the rest of the staff today was super kind, fast at filling our order and all around amazing staff! The whole store was super clean and welcoming! Tripple Italian and Cheese bread are both fantastic!

Staff greeted the 5 of us.
The front staff was not very knowledgeable about the menu, and when I asked about kids' meals, he said they have pint-sized spaghetti, I asked about a family pack deal, and he pointed to a promotion tag on the counter.
