The 2 girls that work the lunch hour in this store create an awful experience for customers. They both are hostile, dont listen to customers and make you rush through your order, even when there is no line. My daughter and I just went in and they were there. We almost didn't go in but had limited time so we did. A chicken salad sandwich with lettuce, tomato and bacon cost $16.19 for just the sandwich that was made very shitty. Won't be back. This is the 5th or 6th time we've been in and dealt with these girls and their shitty attitudes

They offer a “meal deal” but if u don’t originally want chips, or a drink they charge full price but don’t offer and say “hey it’s cheaper if u get the meal deal.. when u ask why they wouldn’t give customers the option. They get nasty about it, and if u get upset they refuse to EVER serve u again!!! The young girl with the nose ring is just straight RUDE!!!
***EDIT*** Devin who deals with this store owner or district manager (I’m not sure his title) did return my call in a timely manner and offered a resolution, which I absolutely appreciate so I did want to update this review..

Stopping here is such a better experience than Amato's across the street at the Circle K Travel. After purchasing a sub sandwich over there and then here at Subway it's like having a life changing experience. Subway is not only one hundred percent better, it's what a sub sandwich is supposed to be. Apparently Amato's just doesn't care about their customers. Logically that's the only explanation there can be. What explanation can there be?

Props to the young man who waited on me today. 10/10 sandwich. Best I've had from any subway in years. 07-18-22 430pm. Kid can whip up a mean lunch. I wonder if it's this "Sam" I see in another comment. Top notch, thanks for lunch

This store right off the Auburn turnpike was convenient and I was pleasantly surprised at the polite manner, patience and knowledge of Sam. A job well done. Hope he is commended for this!

Very displeased place closed 10 minutes before it's supposed to I would really like to talk to somebody in the corporate stand still because calling them on the phone does not do nothing I really like to have somebody to get back to me if this is a business establishment like it says it is cuz I was very disappointed
