This location has gotten so bad. Last week the line wasn’t moving at all so I left. Today there wasn’t a line. Still waited over 20 minutes. Got to the window and they didn’t have my order and told me it would be ANOTHER 10 minutes for 4 tacos…. The cashier was also hacking all over her hands, window and register. Really gross.

I have been here for an hour and I have still not gotten my food. The manager is very rude and has yelled at multiple other people here simply for asking about their orders. The place is disgusting as well there is trash and soda on the floor and pee on the floor of the bathroom! And on top of that the drink machine is mostly missing labels and all the drinks are almost fully watered down I had to try 3 different drinks until finally landing on a plain mountain dew which is not what I had originally wanted at all and it is this gross neon yellow color that makes me not want to drink it I tried a few sips and now I feel sick. I’m still waiting on my food which better be amazing after this terrible experience!

Took 35 minutes with only 3 vehicles in front of ours. The food was cold and the 3 steak taco supremes were not supreme and only 1 had steak. The chalupa shells were like leather. Definitely not worth the money spent. Seems as though they are competing with the Lewiston location for worst store in the region.

Holy crap I’ve been waiting at this drive thru for an hour. 10:20 AT NIGHT. Everyone in line kept honking and yelling. Once I finally got my food, the lady working there window didn’t even apologize for the wait. AND THE FOOD WAS COLD AND KINDA GROSS. Don’t waste your damn time at this place

The ai order taker is the worst. I had specifications to my order and it just wasn't getting it. I ended up ordering something that I didnt even want because I couldn't figure it out. I would have gone inside if I didnt have a sleeping baby in the car. Super bummed that I couldn't talk to an actual person to order my food.

Stopped here yesterday with my girlfriend and my son. We both ordered separately on the kiosk screens. 20 minutes goes by, our orders weren’t even started and because she chose “pay cash at counter” they hadn’t even seen her order. The lady behind the counter was extremely nice and helpful, but that was wayyy too long to wait for “fast food” The lady did give us some coupons for some free tacos and offered us some free drinks for the delay which was super appreciated. Customer service was good. However, got outside to the car, finally ready to eat and a guy in full taco bell uniform came up to the drivers window and says “hey boss, ya think I could bum a cigarette??” I don’t smoke… and I feel that’s a bit unprofessional….
