Stopped here yesterday with my girlfriend and my son. We both ordered separately on the kiosk screens. 20 minutes goes by, our orders weren’t even started and because she chose “pay cash at counter” they hadn’t even seen her order. The lady behind the counter was extremely nice and helpful, but that was wayyy too long to wait for “fast food” The lady did give us some coupons for some free tacos and offered us some free drinks for the delay which was super appreciated. Customer service was good. However, got outside to the car, finally ready to eat and a guy in full taco bell uniform came up to the drivers window and says “hey boss, ya think I could bum a cigarette??” I don’t smoke… and I feel that’s a bit unprofessional….

Highly recommend this Taco Bell for the staff alone. Friendly and helpful not to only their customers, but unfortunate souls who discover themselves stranded with a broken down new car. (Ironic we know!) The extremely kind staff offered us water during the heat wave that is hitting Maine currently. Definitely will be back to venture for food from such friendly staff.
Children run the joint. They have zero time management skills. Zero customer service skills and only complete DoorDash and drive-through orders and make a party of two wait in the EMPTY dining room for 20 minutes for two Chalupa’s and two kids meals. Then they say the DoorDash orders come first. If you cannot manage a dining room, a drive through, and DoorDash orders all at the same time then perhaps you should close one down… this isn’t rocket science. this is the most DISGUSTING as far as cleanliness goes Taco Bell I have EVER walked into. All of the employees look dirty and give people dirty looks and an attitude when they say something is wrong with their food. Mostly you just see a bunch of teenagers and adults that couldn’t make it in life walking around scoffing at you. I guess it’s your fault that they didn’t graduate high school.

This is by far, the worst Taco Bell on planet earth. The Taco Bell dog is currently rolling in its grave. I could have raised the cows for beef, milked then for cheese, grew the vegetables from start to finish, raised 3 generations of children before I could even get my order. This is terrible. Actually terrible. 3 stars is laughable.

This taco bell is usually very good. I'm starting to think that's only when the manager is on duty. Stopped by Sunday 6/1//25 at 5:45 pm. We waited 25 minutes for a dine-in order while watching the drive thru go car after car. Not sure what is going on but damn
