I have long and straight eyelashes and they were bothering me so I decided to get an eyelash lift. I called a few hours before I wanted to go in and set up an appointment the receptionist was very kind and helpful over the phone. My appointment was set up in less then a minute. When I got here I did not have to wait long before Emily took me and did my eyelashes. first time ever coming here...just a walk in to set up appt for another day...worst vibe. rude staff, ended up calling and canceling it 2 hours later. won't go back, won't recommend unless you're looking to feel like you're in a remake of MEAN GIRLS.

My last experience was aweful! I wanted a perm and I got a kinky hot mess on the top layer and no curl whatsoever on the bottom layers. The stylist didnt even throughly diffuse my hair, so, I walked out with half wet/dry hair and tears in my eyes. Not worth the $200+ I spent.
