I ordered the seafood platter, and an onion rings. The onion ring were all batter, with no onions. The waitress didn’t charge us for those. However, the main course was $40 and had absolutely NO taste. We left the more than 3/4 the main course on the table. We paid the waitress as appropriate tip. I would NEVER recommend this restaurant to anyone.

My return trip to Maine and visit an old landmark although the interior is updated and beautiful now... There were two people in the restaurant prior to being seated. Lobster is not featured on the menu. Four other tables came in and was served before my food arrived COLD.. WE WERE TOLD THERE WAS A BIG PARTY IN THE BACK

We were a large group. We had a large space just for us. The waitress was pleasant and the food was wonderful! We were sent an extra portion of clams from the kitchen because they wanted us to have enough for everyone!! Thank you Staff!!

This place had some of the best cooked seafood in the area. The calamari was perfect ❤️ Prime rib amazing and onion rings homemade. Price point was right on I was not disappointed. If your in this area I highly recommend.

I went to their website to look at the menu. That was a big mistake!! The captain's platter online showed the price as $27. I had a very unpleasant surprise when picked up my food and went to pay for it. Total bill was $79.00..... Apparently the real price of the captain's platter was $48 and the fish and chips was $18.00 and only came with five small pieces of fish and some fries.When I mention something to the lady that was collecting the $79.00 about the captain's platter she said yeah we've been trying to fix that for a while... The food was good but it wasn't $79.00 good... Never again! 😒

The cheese sticks were good , and the Brussel sprouts were good as well . The portion size for the Brussel sprouts were 12 halves of sprouts for 12$ price point on an appetizer is crazy . Haha, so 1$ for each half of a sprout is wild. They need to add a lot to their portion size, and an orange slice on the plate is not a presentation it just looks stupid . Great service!

Thank you Cyndi for your excellent customer service. My husband and I started with appetizers of fish chowder for me and onion soup for him. OMG so delicious. Then we both ordered Captains platters. The seafood was fresh and exceptionally delicdelicious, such a fantastic dinner together ❤️. We'll be back!

Went there early for dinner . Walked in was seated right away ! Then waited 25 minutes for waitress and no one came ..there was one family eating and no other people..after 30 minutes we walked out ! Very disappointed 😞 sorry can't rate food when you didn't get to actually eat !
